Job Description

• Experience of implementing and delivering data solutions and pipelines on AWS Cloud Platform. Design/ implement, and maintain the data architecture for all AWS data services
• A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases (Redshift), and ETL processes
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements for data-related project
• Strong SQL and/or Python or PySpark knowledge
• Creating data models that can be used to extract information from various sources & store it in a usable format
• Optimize data models for performance and efficiency
• Write SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines
• Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement data-driven features 
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues

• Overall 8-12 years of experience and at least 4 years of project delivery management experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured functional, system, and regression test plans and test cases.
• You will understand the requirements and would write automation tests for integration, load, and performance.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Write and Implement Tests using Selenium and Java.
• Write and Implement Load and performance tests.
• Design, develop and troubleshoot automated test scripts to validate the technical and functional integrity of web and mobile-based application components, backend API, and reports.
• Collect, analyze and interpret test metrics.
• Summarize test data and report findings.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. 
• Monitor debugging process results.

Critical Functional Skills

• Exposure to best practices in SQA and software development, including code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting and CI processes
• Strong knowledge of Rest-Assured/API testing, Selenium and Appium/Robotium.
• Hands-on experience in performance tools.
• Strong in Core Java fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Experience Required

Minimum Qualifications Required
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

• Developing analytical solutions to solve problem, identifying internal and external data, using analytical techniques including use of statistical techniques to analyse the problem, distilling information into actionable insights
• Participating in key decision-making forums and communicating key insights in an effective and influential manner
• Partnering with key stakeholders prioritizing analytics roadmap, demonstrating sense of urgency to identify and acting on opportunity and driving transparency on the work roadmap
• Monitoring and measuring launched initiatives [A/B testing] and feed learnings back into development process
• Managing multiple project priorities, deadlines and deliverables including rapid response as well as strategic priorities
• Identifying the appropriate data sources and building data assets to be able to enrich data and expand analytics capabilities
• Converting frequently asked questions into reports/ diagnostic tools

What you need to have:

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
• 8+ year of well-rounded analytics experience, preferably in internet B2C- Retail
• Strong exposure to data, analytical framework, hypothesis-based problem solving and scaling analytics
