Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records

· Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience related to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing accurate information about bike services, pricing, and maintenance

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues related to service bookings, repairs, or billing, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, track service progress, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
