Requirements

• Minimum 12 years experience
• In depth understanding and knowledge on distributed computing with spark.
• Deep understanding of Spark Architecture and internals
• Proven experience in data ingestion, data integration and data analytics with spark, preferably PySpark.
• Expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing and data lakes.
• Hands on with python for Big data and analytics.
• Hands on in agile scrum model is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on CI/CD and orchestration tools is desirable.
• AWS S3, Redshift, Lambda knowledge is preferred

We are on the lookout for an effective UX writer to create microcopy that is intuitive to users, in keeping with the product’s brand voice, including people of different abilities, ages, gender identities, and backgrounds.

Create copy for apps, websites, and other digital products. Suggest words for menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, error messages, or instructions to guide first-time users through a product. Knowing grammar, spelling, and an in-depth understanding of tone and shades of meaning is essential. You will closely work with product design teams and collaborate with front-end and back-end developers. This role also has elements of a UX Producer. As a producer, you would support design teams, business stakeholders and clients.  Stay up-to-date with what teams are working on. Designers have to justify their work with clients. As producers, bring guidance during those crossroads, shedding light on the creative process and educating the clients in a way that’s digestible for them. You need to be someone who’s flexible, agile, responsive and honestly, calm! You will be juggling multiple projects. The office environment is young and dynamic. It's a work-hard, play-hard culture. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Analyst role preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications.
• SQL AND Excel Knowledge and Hands-on experience is a must.
• Demonstrated Analytical ability, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with E-Commerce, Retail and Business Analytics would be an advantage.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concept and building new DW tables
• Advanced SQL skills, fluent in R and/or Python, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms

• You’ll apply user-focused design processes to create high quality user experiences on our app.
