Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in the US market.
· Drive sourcing strategies using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.
· Manage a team of junior recruiters, provide mentoring, performance feedback, and support.
· Handle client communications and delivery for key VMS/MSP and direct clients.
· Negotiate rates, close candidates, and manage onboarding in coordination with internal stakeholders.
· Maintain and track recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, closures) and deliver on SLAs.
· Stay current on industry trends, hiring patterns, and talent market intelligence.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment across various domains.
· Deep knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
· Proven experience with VMS portals like Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.
· Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience in client interaction.
· Previous experience mentoring or leading a team is highly preferred.
