We're looking for an energetic, hands-on, reliable and collaborative Front-End Developer to contribute and work on development of visual design for our analytics and reporting portal in a junior role. The role also has immense long-term career growth. The individual will participate in all aspects of the creative process from conceptualising to completion including design, development, presenting ideas, working with leadership to build on the InterProducTec brand values. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and experiment with libraries and frameworks to find the best components to make a growing JavaScript codebase easy to manage and a joy to work with.
• Collaborate with leadership and technology on creative concepts, and then launch and shape the required design components for each presentation and/or production
• Create maintainable and scalable JavaScript modules for our analytics and reporting portal
• Create views optimized for both desktops and mobile devices

Primary Skills:

• Must have B.E/B.Tech in Computers or IT
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in Client side MVC (ReactJS preferred)
• Strong basics in Object Oriented JavaScript
• HTML5/CSS3

Job Description

• Experience in UI development using React JS
• In depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages
• Excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive applications
• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience working with JavaScript and Typescript, React, Redux, RxJS, Yarn
• Experience in test driven development using modern source control and continuous integration
• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software
• Delivering high quality and well-structured code

1. Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript
2. Experience with RESTful services
3. Experience in building user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks like Angular
4. Skilled with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS
5. Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts like Promises and asynchronous programming
6. Ability to decompose a problem into clear software and UX design actions.
7. Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g., lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.)
8. Experience in working with jasmine, karma, and Angular TestBed
9. Experience in working in agile environments
10. Able to maintain versioning for the source code using Git

• Work with design and marketing team to improve website conversion rate for different sign up processes
• Work with the marketing team to improve main website KPIs - New users, average time on page, session duration are the main ones
• Write automation scripts to help automate redundant manual processes of other marketing functions– SEO, Outbound, Content, Product Marketing
• Work on our Shopify demo store to showcase new product releases and features. This is pretty interesting as you’ll get to play around with Shopify backend (the most popular eCommerce platform in the world)
• Work on building integrations and workflows between different marketing automation platforms. Our current marketing tech stack involves Salesforce, HubSpot, Reply, Similarweb and more.
• Web scraping for new growth initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Work on a day-to-day basis to deliver software to solve real world problems.
• Participate in the design of new features.
• Work with Product Managers to come up with technical solutions.
• Improvise and analyse current code base to come up with improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Frontend Development Experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on ReactJS experience.
• Strong skills in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design and complexity analysis.
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast paced environments cutting across diverse tech-stacks.
• Passionate about Web Development.
• Experience in modern web app development.

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Worked with data intensive UI.
• Have worked with early stage startups.
• Have experience with GraphQL.
