Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative & social media manager who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy. You will handle all our socials, evaluate our social metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create a strong brand entity for Juleo on Insta, Linkedin, Snap, YouTube to drive awareness and app installspare weekly and monthly reports on metrics eg Reach
- Schedule content and maintain a social media calendar. • Monitor social
- trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
- Partner with content creators and influencers to drive awareness and build
- the Brand's Social Presence.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and
- monitor customer reviews.
- Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
- Managing, creating and publishing original, high-quality content on social
- platforms.
- Administering all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date
- content.
- Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and
- appealing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI.
- Schedule content and maintain a social media calendar.

Requirements:
- Working experience of minimum 2 years in handling Social Media Platforms (Insta, Linkedin, Snap, YouTube) end to end for a Consumer tech startup. The ability to create short videos, gifs and other social media content independently

Strategy & Planning
- The NOC Managers/ Product support Engineers' primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of customer's infrastructure.
- Provides overall expertise with all network operations functions.

Acquisition & Deployment
- Handle escalations and manage support from different levels.

- 8- 15 years of experience building and scaling APIs and web applications.
