Job Title: Tech Lead – E-Commerce Platform Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture, development, and deployment of E-commerce websites and applications.
• Oversee development team performance, code quality, and sprint deliveries.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to define scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs (payments, logistics, CRM, marketing tools, etc.).
• Drive platform optimizations – site speed, SEO, analytics, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead in E-commerce or D2C platforms.
• Expertise in Shopify and similar E-commerce stacks.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud hosting (AWS / GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and API integrations.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing end-to-end tech delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business to determine the optimal solution for their prioritized needs
• Enforce design principles leading with configuration and only writing code when needed
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment

• Accountable for the following: design workshops with ServiceMax and SFDC best practices including application limits, complete requirements analysis and confirmation, identify and own the final documentation for the technical specifications for the customizations, confirm functional design, document final solutions, lead deployment including guiding all sandbox code migration
• Provide peer reviews of Solution Design and Configuration Documents ensuring fit between with ServiceMax best practices and customer requirements
• Perform ServiceMax configuration activities, Service Flow Manager Configuration and APEX trigger implementation, including training the system administration and IT team members.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on Salesforce Platform.
• Having a good understanding of Salesforce object models, relationship, limits, security etc.
• Should be aware of customization and configuration options.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working on ServiceMax technology, where minimum 2 years should be as a lead/architect.
• Having built large scale ServiceMax application catering to complex use cases. Having experience of different ServiceMax modules like Work Order Management, SFM, Location Management, Dispatch Console, Mobile App etc.

Job Description:

Description:

We are looking for engineers to work on applied research problems related to computer graphics in autonomous driving of electric tractors. The team works towards creating a universe of farm environments in which tractors can driver around for the purposes of simulation, synthetic data generation for deep learning training, simulation of edges cases and modelling physics.

Technical Skills:

● Background in OpenGL, OpenCL, graphics algorithms and optimization is necessary.

● Solid theoretical background in computational geometry and computer graphics is desired. Deep learning background is optional.

● Experience in two view and multi-view geometry.
