Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, and visual aesthetics. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into engaging videos that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content
• Trim footage segments and combine sequences smoothly
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and tone
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for campaign requirements
• Review and revise videos based on feedback
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Maintain an organized library of video assets

We are working on AI for medical images. We need someone who can run pre trained models and also train new ones

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up processes related to finance, accounts, vendor payments, payroll and implementation of those processes across the organization to prevent fraud and ensuring efficient operations

• Preparing financial statements (quarterly, annual) and MIS dashboards for management and investors

• Preparing and analyzing budgets, financial data, cash flows, and providing insights for business planning

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy, budget planning

• Manage the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and developing of team

• Manage relationships with external partners, such as banks and NBFCs, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Full ownership and accountability, be instrumental in building the organization and growing with the organization for a leadership role

• CA or ICWA is mandatory

• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in fintech, banks, microfinance, NBFC

• Strong Excel or google sheet skills

• Experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in managing and developing a team

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all performance marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.

• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

• Daily/weekly and monthly tracking of performance metrics to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and actionable insights.

• Experience in handling large budgets and ability to optimize spends for best ROI.

• Experience in handling both in-house and agency campaigns

• Work closely with creative team to co-create compelling and effective creative outputs.

• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across channels to drive incremental growth.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing, and bring new ideas to the table.

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering building scalable web applications: Experience in web3/fintech is not a mandate to apply. You learn as you go!
• You should be good at your game: Detailed oriented and have a thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 & hands-on experience with either of VueJS, Angular, React OR similar.
• You have a strong bias for action: You seek problems. If you see one, you find the solution. If you have one, you should be already building it. If it fails, you move to the next!
