We are hiring experienced professionals with strong sales expertise and leadership skills to manage and motivate our outbound sales team in Jaipur.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Outbound sales experience preferred
• Strong sales background (highly desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor performance and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure adherence to sales processes & quality standards
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues

• Train and guide new members for better productivity

Technical Skills:

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into design.
• Proficient in AWS infrastructure components such as S3, IAM, VPC, EC2, and Redshift.
• Experience in creating ETL jobs using Python/PySpark.
• Proficiency in creating AWS Lambda functions for event-based jobs.
• Knowledge of automating ETL processes using AWS Step Functions.
• Competence in building data warehouses and loading data into them.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into design.
• Assess AWS infrastructure needs for development work.
• Develop ETL jobs using Python/PySpark to meet requirements.
• Implement AWS Lambda for event-based tasks.
• Automate ETL processes using AWS Step Functions.
• Build data warehouses and manage data loading.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to articulate the benefits of proposed solutions and frameworks.

• 6+ years Experienced in building data pipelines and deployment pipelines for machine learning models
• 4+ years’ experience with ML/AI toolkits such as Tensorflow, Keras, AWS Sagemaker, MXNet, H20, etc.
• 4+ years’ experience developing ML/AI models in Python/R
• Must have leadership abilities to lead a project and team.
• Must have leadership skills to lead and deliver projects, be proactive, take ownership, interface with business, represent the team and spread the knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning techniques (e.g., Bayesian, regression, classification, clustering, time series, deep learning).

The Opportunity:

As UX Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the design and user experience of Frolick’s website and app. This will include :design, analysis of both web and app performance, audits and strategic recommendations to address user needs and enhance their experience with Frolick’s digital presence. 

Your role will be integral in implementing what success looks like by identifying our customer needs and ensuring that the product supports Frolick’s overall strategy and goals while collaborating with a team to turn that vision into action. Your Responsibilities:

• Lead website and app design and development to to drive an amazing user experience that is balanced between intuitive and aesthetically pleasing 
• Know how to understand customers, their needs and experience through market research, customer analysis and user feedback
• Develop user interaction design systems and user flow wireframes to communicate product vision and functionalities
• Build an understanding of how each step in the design process and user choices tier up to the vision of Frolick’s customer journey
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams during implementation and communicate customer feedback and understand technical constraints

Requirements / Superpowers:

• 5-7 years of UX design experience, preferably some of it in last-mile logistics or E-commerce
• Strong UX research and design experience with the ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Experience managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch among others
• Experience working in a high-growth environment, preferably at a tech startup

Essential Functions:

• Work with VFX Lead and Art Director to create a wide range of high quality real-time VFX
• Collaborate with design to create abilities, boss effects, in-game pickup effects
• Create skyboxes, cloud systems, storms, and ambient effects inside environments
• Create VFX for cinematics to support story
• You will be expected to create the highest quality real-time visual effects, both in appearance and performance, while adhering to the project’s artistic vision
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, animation and art teams to create beautiful and believable effects that offer creative solutions to design challenges, add life to the game world, and create wow moments for the users
• Responsible for a variety of aspects of real-time vfx production from creation & simulation all the way through optimization and quality assurance
• You will work in the engine and own both the technical and creative processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of real-time VFX experience
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of VFX coverage and animation skills
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, as well as Maya or other 3D packages
• Critical eye for timing and motion in relation to real world physics behaviors
• Experienced in gameplay VFX (abilities, boss, npc)

• Proficiency with authoring and editing node based shaders and blueprints
