Business Development Executive/Associate

1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Client-Facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment

● Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

● Proven ability to support software products for HR or engineering teams

● Experience working directly with business clients and resolving customer issues

● Basic coding knowledge or technical literacy (e.g., ability to read or understand code

logic)

• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath offerings
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.
• Excellent communication skill is a must
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
• Experience working on other RPA tools/vendors is a plus
• Experience in the field of Bot development
• UiPath RPA developer advanced certificate must.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices. 
• Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of applications. 
• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others. 
• Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. 
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure. 
• Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability. 
• Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps role. 
• AWS: In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions. 
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar. 
• GitOps Expertise: Proficient in GitOps methodologies and tools. 
• Kubernetes: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. 
• Scripting and Automation: Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar. 
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. 
• Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar. 
• Version Control: Strong understanding of version control systems, primarily Git. 
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field. 

• Solid experience in designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudTrail.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, industry standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Familiarity with security scanning and monitoring tools, such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, or third-party solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with application security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, fuzzing, and secure coding patterns).

• Prior experience of testing storage filers using NFS/SMB/CIFS/S3 is a big plus.
• Experience with distributed systems (databases, storage, map-reduce frameworks, etc.).
• Good understanding of storage performance characteristics.
• Prior work experience in testing enterprise storage products is a must.
• Prior experience of programming, preferably in Go, Python, bash.
• Knowledge of ESXi, HyperV, KVM is a plus.
