We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our US IT Staffing business development initiatives from our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Bench Sales and a proven track record in client acquisition. The role focuses on engaging with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1. Requirements:
· 5 to 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing, including a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing BDM role.
· Strong background in Bench Sales with hands-on experience in candidate marketing.
· Proven ability to generate leads and close new accounts with Direct Clients and Prime Vendors.
· Excellent understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and staffing models.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven professional.
· Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
Good to Have:
· Existing client/vendor relationships in IT services or staffing.
