This role is for the IT Recruiter of the company and you'll be reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations.
As an IT recruiter you will be working to;
1. Identify and screen the best of available talents at the shortest possible time with a focus on quality
2. Maintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
3. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and increase the number of qualified applicants in the database for active and passive talent.
4. Qualify or reject candidates based on introductory calls via phone and emails
Job qualifications and requirements - A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science is highly preferred.
1. A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
2. Knowledge of software terms, technology stacks, and software roles
3. Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
4. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

What you’ll do -
- Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.
- Design and deployment of database.
- Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.
- Design and construction of our REST API
- Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
- Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment.
- Work remotely with our global clients and teams across the US
What you should have -
- Should have 5+ years of experience expertise in developing applications using any of the frameworks and programming languages
- 5-8 years’ experience Fluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS, React.JS
- Experience working with server technologies Node.js
- Experience in API design and development.
- Understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms.
- Great organizational and time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
