Proactively interact with potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Angle list)
Work directly with the founders and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and strategic roles
Ensuring a good candidate experience during the recruitment process
As our first HR hire, be responsible for some of the other early stage HR functions (Onboarding & Policies).
What are we looking for?
3-5+ years working in the early stage startups or similar organizations
You are a self-starter and can make decisions on your feet with minimal supervision, end-to-end ownership to drive outcomes.

We are location agnostic, but in the same time zone (India). We have a small garden office @ Jayanagar, Bangalore (home to some of the best dosas in India) to jam together on anything that requires space.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

• Recruiting the right talent for the open positions at PAN India.
• Building the pipelines of Talent Pool - eg. Education institutes, allied industries, target companies and internal database.
• Working on TAT; closure of open positions within timelines.
• Maintaining the MIS for tracking the exact status of all open positions ensuring effective TAT Management and being focussed.
•Doing the screening of all the candidates thoroughly to ensure that the Best fit is identified for the role.
