Job Description • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants • Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools • Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting • Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process Skills & Requirements • 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry • Experience closing entry-to-management level roles • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables • Collaborate with ease across multiple time zones in a global environment • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Bonus: experience with both technical and non-technical roles, as well as diversity & inclusion recruiting

Responsibilities:

· Overlooking at end-to-end recruitment process.

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.

· Ensure all the best-recruiting equipment, software and practices are being used in the process.

· Developing a strategic continuous candidate pipeline.

· Consistent networking, future candidate engagement strategies and communication cadence.

· Handling communication within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution.

Required Skills:

· Proven recruitment experience at start-ups.

· Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Prior experience with freshteam will be desirable.

· Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel).

· Excellent analytical & time management skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills.

• Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
