Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment trackers
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

In the Direct Placement Program, we place candidates on the open position of the direct client. We do the technical evaluation of the candidate before selecting them for the direct placement just to make sure our clients get technically sound candidates.

Job Description

1. You are required to engage the candidate for registration.
