Description of Role: 

We are looking for a career-minded professional with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Data & Analytics Group (DAG).

Key responsibilities:

As part of the Data & Analytics Group (DAG) and reporting to the Head of the India DAG locally, the individual is responsible for the following –

1.Review, analyze, and resolve data quality issues for enterprise core data in the IM Data Warehouse.

2.Coordinate with data owners and other teams to identify root-cause of data quality issues and implement solutions.

3.Coordinate the onboarding of data from various internal / external sources into the central repository.

4.Work closely with Data Owners/Owner delegates on data analysis and development data quality (DQ) rules. Work with IT on enhancing DQ controls.

5.End-to-end analysis of business processes, data flows, and data usage to improve business productivity through re-engineering and data governance.

6.Interact with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address data-related needs and issues.

7.Document business requirements and use cases for data-related projects.

8.Manage change control process and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

9.Support other DAG initiatives.

Key qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s Degree required and any other relevant academic course a plus.

2.Strong domain knowledge of investment data

3.5+ years of data management, data analytics, or data governance experience in financial services

4.Experience in data analysis, exploratory analysis using SQL and formulating data quality rules.

5.Experience working with BI reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI is preferred.

6.Knowledge in coding, Python is a plus.

7.Prior experience working with Data Platforms like Aladdin, FactSet, Bloomberg, MDM platforms preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (SDE II) who is experienced in both React.js for Web and React Native for Mobile Apps. You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across platforms, building scalable systems, and enhancing the developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop frontend solutions for both Web (React.js) and Mobile Apps (React Native).
• Build and optimize config-driven systems, reusable components, and common libraries.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to create seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Own and drive React Native-based mobile applications, ensuring modular, scalable, and performant code.
• Optimize web and mobile performance for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for both web (Docker, Vercel) and mobile apps (Fastlane, App Store/Play Store).
• Implement and maintain state management using Redux, Redux Saga, Recoil, or MobX.
• Work with mobile-specific integrations, such as Firebase Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and Native Modules.
• Ensure cross-platform consistency by handling browser compatibility (web) and device compatibility (mobile).

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development, working with both React.js (Web) and React Native (Mobile).
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and React Native.
• Experience with bundlers like Webpack, Rollup, and Metro for React Native.
• Deep understanding of mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, App Store, Play Store) and web CI/CD (Docker, Vercel, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong grasp of Web & Mobile performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with Redux, Redux Saga, MobX, or Recoil for state management.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, animations (Reanimated, Gesture Handler), and responsive design.
• Basic familiarity with native iOS/Android development (Swift/Kotlin is a plus).
• Experience with Unit Testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, Cypress, Appium, or Espresso).
• Strong debugging skills using Chrome DevTools (Web) and Flipper, Xcode, Android Studio (Mobile).

Must-Have Skills:

What will you do?

• Oversees testing, deployment & maintenance of the Voice infrastructure.
• Performing a variety of tasks associated with user provisioning and call routing within the assigned platform 
• Build loaders for internal systems ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments to understand the requirements of call routing
• Document and design call flow diagrams to ensure that all call variables have been accounted for in preparing a routing plan
• Support the clients solution by correcting any issues with call routing or provisioning during the initial implementation phase, constantly communicating status of any issues with client
• Complete testing to ensure that call flow is operating properly
• Monitors and ensures compliance to standards, policies, and procedures
