EWM-Functional consultant

The Gynaecologist Consultant plays a crucial role in providing specialized medical care and treatment to patients, focusing on reproductive health and wellness. They are responsible for diagnosing and treating various gynaecological conditions, performing surgical procedures when necessary, and offering comprehensive care to pregnant women. Their expertise is vital in ensuring the overall well-being of women at different stages of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and diagnosing gynaecological conditions and disorders.
• Performing surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and cesarean sections.
• Providing prenatal care and monitoring pregnant patients throughout their pregnancies.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and medical imaging.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans, including medications and therapies.
• Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians, oncologists, and urologists.
• Conducting routine check-ups and screenings for patients.
• Offering counselling and guidance on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning.
• Keeping detailed and accurate medical records of patients' diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
• Participating in medical research and staying updated with advancements in gynaecology.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Adhering to medical ethics and legal regulations in healthcare practices.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and conferences.
• Contributing to the training and supervision of medical staff and interns.
• Ensuring a compassionate and patient-centered approach in all aspects of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• Licensure to practice as a Gynaecologist in the relevant state or country.
• Proven experience as a Gynaecologist Consultant in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in performing gynaecological surgeries and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of reproductive medicine, infertility, and menopausal management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care and collaboration with medical colleagues.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of medical advancements.
• Understanding of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and informed consent.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare information systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts and weekends.

Basic Qualification: 

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Node.js  
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB 
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. 
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, 
• algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis. 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Experience building complex applications on distributed systems that have been successfully deployed for a large customer base. 
• Experience with Agile Scrum, having served as a Scrum Master and delivered results. 
• Application of advanced coding techniques, such as dependency injection. 
• Proven experience with: writing design documents, leading code reviews, 
• applying SCM, managing builds and managing releases. 
• Knowledge of important design patterns 
• Applying unit testing / TDD to reduce testing cycles and production support

• Designing the Mobile Application for our product offering
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

What we need

We need you, if you are a senior iOS developer with 4+ years of experience in building robust iOS apps. Work would involve building things quickly and adapting based on market feedback while ensuring the security and quality of the codebase. What you will need (Skills)

• Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools (such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs).
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Universal application development for both iPhone and iPad.
• Be able to build mobile applications to connect to middleware and applications through web services.
• Have excellent knowledge about the performance optimization of mobile applications.
• Experience with microservice architectures for clean mobile architecture design patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with unit testing using mocking frameworks Cloud and Cloud infrastructure for backend hosting.
