• What You’ll DoLead by Example:

Be a hands-on contributor — writing clean, scalable, and production-grade code.

Review pull requests, set coding standards, and push for technical excellence.

Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

• Architect & Innovate:

Make key technical decisions, evaluate new technologies, and design system architecture for scale and performance.

Help shape the engineering roadmap with future-proof solutions.

• What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead/mentorship role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MERN Stack or Python/Django/Flask, or GoLang/Java/Rust.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ownership mindset.

Job Description :

9 to 12 years' experience in software engineering

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline

• Strong coding and debugging skills with experience in web technologies including one or more of the following: React, Angular, Node, D3 (Java API's Javascript etc.), AJAX, CSS
• Worked with authentication technologies like SAML, OAuth, SSL etc.
• Hands on experience with one or more web and application server technologies such as Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Jersey server, OSGi and other relevant frameworks
• Hands on experience with code control and code review tools like Git, Gerrit
• Good exposure to databases, SQL queries
• Fast executor with a track record of delivering complex projects on time; responds under pressures of time and uncertainty
• Strong written, editing, proofreading and oral communication
• Strong inter-personal communication and collaboration skills.
• The candidate must be able to work independently & must possess strong communication skills.
• A good team player, high level of personal commitment & 'can do' attitude.

●  Overall 8+ Years of Experience in Web Application development.

●  5+ Years of development experience with JAVA8 , Springboot, Microservices and middleware

●  3+ Years of Designing Middleware using Node JS platform.

●  Good to have 2+ Years of Experience in using NodeJS along with AWS Serverless platform.

●  Good Experience with Javascript / TypeScript, Event Loops, ExpressJS, GraphQL, SQL DB (MySQLDB), NoSQL DB(MongoDB) and YAML templates.

●  Good Experience with TDD Driven Development and Automated Unit Testing.

●  Good Experience with exposing and consuming Rest APIs in Java 8, Springboot platform and Swagger API contracts.

●  Good Experience in building NodeJS middleware performing Transformations, Routing, Aggregation, Orchestration and

Authentication(JWT/OAUTH).

●  Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

●  Experience working in Agile Scrum Methodology.

●  Very good Problem-Solving Skills.

●  Very good learner and passion for technology.

●  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

●  Ability to communicate effectively with team members and business stakeholders

• Good CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years of experience in building scalable and maintainable web apps including 
• 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience in React.js
• Profound knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Proficient in Git
• Solid knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MYSQL
• Experience in designing database schema with proper use of indexes, constraints, triggers, etc.
• Hands-on experience with in-memory databases like Redis, Memcache, etc.
• Well-versed in writing raw SQL queries (not via ActiveRecord :P)
• Have worked with background job processing systems such as Sidekiq, Delayed Jobs, etc
• Solid Foundation and Understanding of REST APIs and have built robust, scalable APIs
• Hands-on experience in writing automated tests using RSpec or any other framework.
• An ability to communicate and work in a team
