Monitor and evaluate calls of insurance sales agents as per quality standards
Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance, and regulatory norms
Identify gaps in calls and provide constructive feedback to agents
Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and share insights with the team
Support process improvement and training initiatives
Maintain quality benchmarks and improve overall customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: 6 months to 2 years as QA in Health or Life Insurance Sales Process
Good knowledge of insurance products and QA parameters
Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
Salary:
₹25,000 to ₹28,000 (In-hand)

• Develop scalable full-stack features using modern JavaScript frameworks
