Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitableproducts or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act asthe primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads.Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, accounts andlogistics teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions,and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely curious about the AI/developer tools space. Remote role with significant growth potential as we scale.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads from AI startups and tech companies

2. Support outreach campaigns and partnership development

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure core services including Virtual Machines, storage, networking, and identity management

Strong expertise in Azure RDS / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment, configuration, and performance tuning

Solid systems engineering background with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and basic Linux management

Proficiency in automation and scripting, primarily using PowerShell, with working knowledge of Azure CLI and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)

• Need candidate having 4–7 years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a full-time DevOps role.
• Candidate should have Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI), more than one will be a plus.
• Candidate should have Scripting skills in Python and shell scripting
• Candidate should have Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Candidate should be Proficient in Kubernetes

• One who is really good at writing engaging content for ads, blogs, social media, testimonial videos etc.
•  Cultivate content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness. Develop brand voice to ensure consistency across all content assets. Apply SEO, content development, distribution and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas.
• Manage digital and social content channels including email or newsletter distribution, with the understanding of the best content practices on each channel.
