Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure quality standards across all stages of rice procurement, processing, storage, polishing, sorting, packing, and dispatch. The role requires strong expertise in rice quality parameters, laboratory testing, compliance standards, and coordination with suppliers and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Assurance

• Implement and monitor quality standards for raw, semi-processed, and finished rice
• Conduct checks on grain length, moisture, purity, color, broken %, foreign matter, and aroma
• Approve final batches before dispatch as per contract and market requirements

Laboratory & Testing

• Supervise laboratory testing and calibration of equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test results

Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Inspect incoming rice from suppliers and traders
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality parameters
• Coordinate with procurement to reject substandard materials

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Drive continuous improvement in milling, grading, and sorting
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, and export standards
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Handle customer complaints and perform root-cause analysis

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Train mill operators, sorting staff, and lab technicians
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7–10 years of experience in rice mill operations or rice export industry
• Strong knowledge of Basmati & Non-Basmati rice processing
• Experience with color sorters (Satake, Bühler), polishers, and graders preferred

Wordpress:

Should have hands-on experience in WordPress & HOOKS concepts.

Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & de-facto standard plugins.

- Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins

- Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level.

- Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions.

- Theme Template integration.

- Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues.

- Experience in developing E-Commerce websites

Shopify:

Should have hands-on experience in Shopify API & APP concepts.

Extensive knowledge and experience of building custom stores.

- Knowledge of Customization of themes & apps

- Experience working with Shopify API's

- Knowledge of existing inbuilt Shopify system.

- Theme Template integration.

- Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues

We are looking for a Chartering Executive-FRESHER with a sound knowledge in Shipping & Logistics, specifically in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding Operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

·      Fresher can apply.

·      Diploma or above, preferably holder of Degree in Marine Studies / Shipping Operations or related discipline.

Position : India Practice Head We are seeking an experience and Dynamic individual to lead our Cyber Security services in India. As India Practice Head you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional cyber security services to our clients. 

You will work closely with leadership team

• Lead the Cyber security services practice in India including business development, client relationships management, service delivery and offshore business execution coming from US

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  
• At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity services, with a proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.  
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS, CERT-In 
• Experience in managing Departments and mentoring a team of cybersecurity professionals.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.  
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams. Experience in managing cyber security services for mid-enterprises.
