Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS to support GTM strategy, product positioning, and content development for Perfect Doc Studio and Flow AI. The ideal candidate can translate technical concepts into simple, compelling value for business and technical audiences, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support GTM planning, product launches, and feature messaging.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, persona-based value stories.
• Develop content: presentations, blogs, battlecards, web copy, videos, webinars.
• Conduct competitive research and market insights to refine positioning.
• Enable Sales with pitch decks, one-pagers, use cases, and vertical messaging.
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap alignment and customer insights.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in B2B & SaaS marketing or product marketing.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with technical products or enterprise software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Insurance or Financial Services is a plus (not mandatory).

Job Description:

A mid-senior level Mainframe lead with 4 to 8 years of hands on experienced on COBOL Programming, JCL and DB2 Coding and processing, to deliver a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

• An excellent techie with strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL and DB2 knowledge.
• Preferably, good exposure to Mainframe to distributed migration project.
• A master of DB2
• Should have good analytical and development skill on Cobol programming and JCL
• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Should have good writing and verbal communication skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Python (4+ years).
• Hands-on experience with any database (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Knowledge of ORMs, API development, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Kafka tool (Added Advantage)

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, test and continually improve scalable frontend and backend services.
• Develop products using agile methods and tools.

About the role and responsibilities

The UI/UX designer’s role encompasses a couple of the following responsibilities.

To be able to communicate and tell stories with animations

To understand, conceptualise and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation

Working alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products

Frequently identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions

Create high quality, creative and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge

About the requirement

The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities

Proven motion design experience and a diverse portfolio to showcase one’s work

Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design

Display the ability to work in different styles

Proficient in softwares like After Effects(presets and plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

A keen eye for design aesthetics and details

Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact

Good communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment

The ability to create illustrations will be a plus

Prior experience with product company or digital products will be a plus

Degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

• Setting up the annual brand calendar, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring consistency in brand-related decisions
• Reporting on brand performance to determine ROI
• Analysing competitor brands, shopping behaviours as well as consumer trends
• Creating brand budgets
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high performing creatives
• Ensuring the rapid growth of the brand

What you need to have:

• MBA in Marketing from a tier 1/ tier 2 Business School
• Prior experience in working with brands in wellness/ nutrition
• Solid understanding of packaging, marketing communication, new product launch, market places etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
