Roles & Responsibilities

At Dolat, code is our business, so naturally, the Core Engineering and Systems team is at the centre of what we do. Our community of developers has designed and continues to enhance one of the fastest trading platforms using the latest tools and technologies. As a Software Developer, you’ll draw upon your computer science, mathematical, and analytical abilities to develop complex and nimble code used to grow our business and increase the efficiency of the global financial markets. Your responsibilities may include any of the following, which will require you to exercise discretion and independent judgment:

 Augmenting, improving, redesigning, and/or re-implementing Dolat's low-latency/high throughput production trading environment, which collects data from and disseminates orders to exchanges around the world

 Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques

 Developing systems that provide easy access to historical market data and trading simulations

 Building risk-management and performance-tracking tools

 Shaping the future of Dolat through regular interviewing and infrequent campus recruiting trips

 Implementing domain-optimized data structures

 Learn and internalize the theories behind current trading system

 Participate in the design, architecture and implementation of automated trading systems while taking ownership of system from design through implementation

Skills & Experience

 A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++

 Exchange Connectivity experience a plus

 Familiarity with Linux environments; Windows a plus

 High level knowledge & competencies in one or more of the following areas: TCP stack optimization Multi-core 1 machine parallelism Low level performance / cache optimization / profiling

Additional requirements include:

 Experience in distributed and/or highly concurrent systems is a plus

 Experience in low-latency systems and/or high transaction environments is a plus

 A passion for new technologies and ideas

 The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

 Experience in network topologies and protocols like TCP and UDP

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter framework.
• Build and manage dynamic frontends using Angular.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between backend and frontend.
• Optimize application for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end product development.
• Debug and resolve application issues and bugs.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with PHP and CodeIgniter.
• Proficient in Angular (any version).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiar with Git version control and RESTful API integration.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Expert in Python, with knowledge of Python web framework - Django
• Familiarity with backend automated testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with backend/API development
• Architect, develop and maintain backend libraries/codebase, database & server.
• Develop object-oriented software, with mastery of one or more relevant languages (Django).
• Evaluate competitive and innovative products and design approaches to identify best practices and encourage innovation.
• Understanding the requirement of a client, document the scope and chart out a plan of implementing the scope
• Work with design team to give inputs related to the wire-frames and then the design along with incorporating Client Feedback
• Explore the difference between B2B and B2C projects before implementing the code
• Work in teams of 2-3 on various projects as per the requirement using git as version control
• Having good knowledge of APIs creation and database architecture
• Good Grasp in respective technology (Django)
• Documenting the process and main functions along the developing process

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience required
• Strong hand on Django-Python
• Excellent knowledge of using the Git version control system and deployment via Git.
• You have creative visualization, critical thinking, deductive & pragmatic reasoning and can think out-of-the-box
• Ability to quickly adapt & independently work in a fast-paced Agile environment with minimum supervision.
• A self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend action.

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze complex data sets to answer specific questions using MMIT’s market access data (MMIT) and Norstella claims data, third-party claims data (IQVIA LAAD, Symphony SHA). Applicant must have experience working with the aforementioned data sets exclusively.

·       Deliver consultative services to clients related to MMIT RWD sets

·       Produce complex analytical reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

·       Define customized technical specifications to surface MMIT RWD in MMIT tools. 

·       Execute work in a timely fashion with high accuracy, while managing various competing priorities; Perform thorough troubleshooting and execute QA; Communicate with internal teams to obtain required data

·       Ensure adherence to documentation requirements, process workflows, timelines, and escalation protocols

·       And other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required

·       2-5 yrs. of professional experience in RWD analytics using SQL

·       Fundamental understanding of Pharma and Market access space

·       Strong analysis skills and proficiency with tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

·       Relationship building skills.

·       Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

As a Staff Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the  intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends

You will:          

• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
• Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, and services.
• Work closely with our customers and sales teams on a regular basis to carve out new features and use cases
• Work with MVC frameworks such as React or Angular 
• Work with database systems, RDBMS, Mongo, Elastic Search.
• Develop shared front-end components (JavaScript & CSS) for use across all of our products, enabling other UI engineers to build better products faster.

You need:      

• 8+ years of significant of web-application development experience in one or more JS frameworks. You care about building better products.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
• You're as comfortable writing plain JavaScript as working with modern frameworks like Angular. You've built your own controls and widgets in JavaScript. 
• You write unit tests for your JavaScript (really, you do). You've probably used Node. You have built complex JS web applications.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented 

Good to have:

• Contribution to open-source projects.
• Background in enterprise software
• JVM performance tuning and debugging

• Strong analytical skills Ability to turn business requirements into technical concepts and code,
• Minimum 3 - 6 years experience in software development in general with 3 years in complex web applications using SAP UI5,

• Experience with Web - Technologies (SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS3, JS, REST - WS) is a must
• Experience with SAP Mobile Platform as well as SAP Web IDE is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with user experience and design concepts is a plus
