Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on metrics, understands the nuances of digital platforms, and is eager to scale campaigns that drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
- Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights from performance data.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with design, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
- Track and report key campaign metrics using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and internal tools.
- Keep up with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of direct experience managing paid campaigns with clear ROI outcomes.
- Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and PPC optimization.
