Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Executive with a background in Accounting or Marketing and hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, managing customer records, tracking sales/marketing activities, generating reports, and supporting business operations through effective CRM usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce
• Generate reports and dashboards for sales/marketing/accounts teams

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Participate in sprint planning and review meetings

Create and maintain testing documentation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on software testing experience
