Key Responsibilities:
1) Learning and Development Strategy:
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.

6) Evaluation and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications
- Technical Graduation or Post Graduation - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Relevant Experience - 3-6 years of experience in Learning and Development, focusing on program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Learning and Development background - Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Communication skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

Requirements
- Senior SD4 engineer/Principal Engineer/ Architect who has led or been part of platform teams inside a large/mid tech company
- Deep expertise working with any of the programming languages to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.Python experience is a bonus - but not required
- Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general and ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
- Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Load Balancing
- Experience in building a platform team on AWS for Product based companies/start-ups

What will you do?
- You will be the voice of the Enterprise customer sand help customers with issues related to the platform. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving tickets from enterprise customers while adhering to SLAs.
- You will document customer pain points to help in process improvement. You will also surface customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements in the product.
- You will explore customer data to identify trends with the objective of issue resolution.
