QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in ERP solutions.
• Fix meetings/appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM for tracking and reporting.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build rapport with prospects to create trust and long-term relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
• Ability to handle cold calling and objection handling effectively.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the mathematics department. Located in Coimbatore, the Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, guiding student projects, and conducting research. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing lecture materials, evaluating student performance, mentoring students, and participating in faculty meetings. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development and engaging in departmental activities.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Mathematics subjects

Experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels

Research skills and the ability to guide student projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in curriculum development and academic assessment

Master's degree in Mathematics, Ph.D in mathematics / statistics or a related field

Experience in the use of digital tools and teaching technologies is an advantage

Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

• Strong proficiency in C language.
• Good understanding of basic network fundamentals and protocols.
• Good skills on system troubleshooting and debugging.
• Good understanding of operation system, socket programing and multi-thread programing.
• Good understanding of REST design and Object-Oriented Design
• Good understanding of JSON syntax and JSON schema syntax
• Knowledge of data structure and different algorithms.

● Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
● Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
● Work primarily in Golang, Java, JavaScript and React
● Engage with inspiring designers and front end engineers, and collaborate with leading back end engineers as we create reliable APIs
● Collaborate across time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent video conferences


Required Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
● 1+ years of experience building large-scale software applications
● Understanding of building web applications
● Understanding of designing and integrating RESTful APIs
● Knowledge of Golang/Java, React, and JavaScript
● Excellent debugging and optimization skills
● Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies to grow

• 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience into Recruitment.
• Exposure to multi department hiring
• Ability to deliver under pressure

• You will be managing the recruitment process
• You will be responsible for Sourcing CVs as per job description & ICP through portals
• Attract and hire candidates through various channels and ensure timely hiring of the candidate.

• You will be responsible for uploading and updating candidatures in Applicant tracking system.
• You will be responsible for keeping continuous follow-up with the selected candidates
• You will be responsible for maintaining employee records
• You will be responsible for preparing offer letters
• You will be proficient in reviewing resumes and conducting recruitment interviews
• You will be responsible for background verification check via emails & phone numbers
• Should have good interpersonal skills to handle multiple roles
