Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle within tech, ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of
highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships, and selling  as an employer of choice – all to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
● Handle recruitment activities from gathering the role’s responsibilities, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and following up until the candidate joins.
● Articulate, in writing, a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics.
● Manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of business.
● Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts.
● Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.Possess validated ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
● Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
● Ability to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than simply selling a role.
● Experience in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates.
● Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits
within  mission to deliver the highest quality results to our users.
● Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of
talent.
● Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.
● Responsible for fulfillment of hiring requirements which will involve Sourcing screening and scheduling.

Role/ Responsibilities:
• Assist in design and development of PayPal iOS application
• Influencing peers, juniors and seniors both within the organization and across PayPal.
• Native iOS app development and converting ideas, designs and requirements to concrete stable production builds
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to understand problems, come up with creative solutions, and help with tracking and delivering within the release plan • Understand and implement iOS specific design patterns

Desired Skills and Experience:
• At least 5 years of native ioS development experience .
• Extremely comfortable with understanding and implementing internet application with REST services at the backend
• Super awesome at iOS fundamentals, including technologies like UIKit, Core Animation, Auto Layout and Cocoa Touch

Excellent Swift and Objective-C coding ability along with strong CS & OS fundamentals
• Familiarity with continuous integration (Jenkins), application monitoring (Crashlytics and fabric.io), mocking tools (Appium and Apiary), build tool development and enhancements, using unit testing and cucumber tests for functional tests.
• Extremely comfortable with understanding and implementing client-side handlers for web services with REST services at the backend

- Experience with Cucumber testing framework desired
• B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science is desired

Role Description

 

The SDE 2/3 will be part of the engineering/development team in Games24x7 Pvt. Ltd. and will be responsible for taking ownership of the core products of the company. The applicant must have good communication, interpersonal, technical and analytical skills in order to take part in the collaborative and cooperative development process that delivers the high quality software we use to provide the best possible playing experience to our players. He/she must be an expert in the Java programming language and needs to be familiar with popular IDEs, tools and scripting languages on the Linux operating system. Familiarity with an RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL, is essential to succeed in this position.

 

General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities:

 

• Participate in the requirements analysis, design, development and testing of applications.
