Project Overview

We’re building Express AI, a SaaS platform that allows small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to easily train and deploy their own dedicated AI agents for customer service, technical support, sales, and more.

Our vision is to give SMBs the power of enterprise-grade AI without complexity. You’ll help build the core platform that powers this – including agent training interfaces, web deployment, dashboards, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable full-stack features using modern JavaScript frameworks

• Build and maintain AI agent training modules (upload docs, FAQs, tone settings)

• Integrate OpenAI, Whisper, LangChain, and other LLM APIs

• Implement user-facing dashboards for chat/voices/social/email agent monitoring

• Design multi-tenant systems with admin-level controls

• Ensure reliability and scalability of the platform as we grow

1K Kirana Bazaar (1K) is building Bharat's first hyperlocal offline-online distribution platform. Our aim is to provide the benefits of technology and scale to the underserved first time internet users of Bharat. What will you be driving with the team?

To build full-stack solutions for retail & supply chain from managing purchases to selling products to end consumers. You will work on solving some of the complex problems of the retail industry.

Your core responsibilities:

• Solve complex problems and follow good coding practices and complying with existing quality standards.
• Evaluate existing engineering processes and recommend improvements.
• Setup high-quality standards in production running code by performing diligent code reviews and rigorous unit test coverage.
• Brainstorm (sometimes, even prototype) features with the rest of the team based on your knowledge of the codebase.

Role: Product Manager

Experienced Product Manager to own product lines in the B2B2C space and work in tandem with the other products that we have, all of which derive intelligence from the underlying AI/ML services as well as a SaaS ready platform that we have built.
