Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads,

meeting business clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs,

proposing suitable solutions, and closing deals.

This is a pure B2B field sales role focused on IT infrastructure and support

services.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate leads from businesses across Pune

 Conduct client meetings and understand IT/network/security requirements

 Propose suitable IT infrastructure and AMC solutions

 Coordinate with technical team for solution design and quotations

 Follow up and close deals

 Maintain client relationships for repeat business and AMC opportunities

 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Mandatory Requirements (Do not share profiles without these)

 Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development

 Experience in selling IT services, IT hardware, networking, security, or

software solutions

 Comfortable with field visits and client meetings

 Experience handling complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal →

closure

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Target-driven approach

 Based in Pune and willing to travel locally for meetings

Preferred Background

Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:

 IT services / system integrator companies

 IT hardware / networking / cybersecurity sales

 Telecom / ISP / software solution sales

 Experience selling to SMEs, hospitals, schools, CA firms, corporates

Key Skills Required

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with at least 12 years of experience managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects or programs. You will ensure that technical projects are completed within agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and shall play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects and programs.

Skills Required

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders. You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure the project's success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, and manage the stages of product development, approving the product at each stage.
• For maximum efficiency, create detailed project plans at each stage of product development.
• Maintain a steady flow of ideas and solutions during product development initiatives in order to introduce innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Keep track of key metrics and create reports to communicate development progress to senior management, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work with a variety of teams, such as software architects, software engineers, system engineers, developers, and product teams.
• Determine cross-team dependencies and include them in the program planning process.
• Determine how to solve technical problems by diagnosing them and suggesting potential solutions.
• Ensure that product development and delivery can be completed within the product budget and timeframe.
• Oversee the product deployment process and, if necessary, assist with the integration process.
• Make necessary changes to product development processes based on performance metrics.
• Stay current on the latest developments in our product category and industry.
• Ensure complete compliance with industry standards by documenting all processes and adjusting them as needed.
• Manage project escalations and assist in the formation of project teams as needed.
• Maintain and implement project plans within the organization necessary technical programs to assist product management teams.

We are looking for a product designer who has a good understanding of the entire design cycle right from user research, problem discovery, sketching and wire-framing, building flows and interactions, to creating pixel-perfect screens, testing prototypes and working with developers. And most importantly - repeating the cycle all over again to see what more can be done.

As a Product Designer you will:

• As the first ever Product Designer, you'll be the core owner of our mobile app from start to finish. You’ll help us better understand our users’ needs & pain points, and will have the skills to turn your learnings into beautifully designed visuals and interactions. You'll report to our CTO and collaborate with the engineering team.
• You are an active collaborator/contributor for our other web applications.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences
• Work closely with the engineering team to assure design quality by auditing implementation during development.
• Define the product briefs together with stakeholders, get buy-in of your design.
• Attend product meetings and have a granular understanding of the company’s goals.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences as well as developing system information architecture.
• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data.
• Effectively work with a team of designers, help them in raising the bar, resolving road-blocks, prioritizing and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks
• Use basic analytics tools to gather customer data (funnel), iterate on product based on data & feedback to drive improvements in overall product experience.
• Ensure that we have the right product velocity by working with business, growth, and core product teams.
• Measure and iterate on your developed product once it’s live based on product OKRs
• Help team members with other aspects of running a sprint, such as stakeholder interviews, research, user testing and design documentation.
• Mentor junior designers to help other designers work efficiently and participate actively in the hiring process.
• Establish design systems to maintain design consistency and coherence across the brand.
• Develop & document internal tools & processes to translate product requirements into unique designs for desired experiences.

What do we think you need to succeed in this role:

• Experience: You have 3+ yrs experience in a Product Design or related role (Visual Design, UI/UX/CX Design) in designing preferably consumer facing digital products.
