Position Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting

operations, statutory compliance, taxation, banking activities, inventory accounting, financial

reporting, and audit coordination. The role ensures timely and accurate financial records,

compliance with applicable laws, smooth coordination with internal departments, and effective

support to management for financial decision-making.

The position requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, banking

procedures, inventory accounting, ERP/accounting software, and statutory compliance

applicable to a manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Accounting

● Generate sales invoices.

● Prepare Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

● Generate E-Way Bills.

● Verify dispatch documents before invoicing.

● Perform sales ledger reconciliation.

● Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch teams regarding pending documentation.

● Reconcile sales records with inventory movements.

2. Purchase Accounting

● Verify purchase invoices.

● Record purchase transactions.

● Verify LR copies and transport documents.

● Process vendor invoices.

● Prepare vendor payment schedules.

● Calculate applicable TDS.

● Verify purchase entries with supporting documents.

● Reconcile vendor ledgers.

3. Banking & Financial Transactions

● Record all bank transactions.

● Perform daily bank reconciliation.

● Maintain Current Accounts, OD Accounts, Savings Accounts, Loan Accounts and Fixed

Deposit records.

● Process NEFT, RTGS and other banking transactions.

● Coordinate with banks for documentation and compliance.

4. GST Compliance

● Prepare and file GST returns.

● GSTR-1

7. Inventory Accounting

● Prepare audit schedules.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Backend Engineer to help build the core intelligence layer powering Lumen and Agent Studio. You will design and ship production-grade backend systems that integrate LLMs into real agentic workflows — taking actions, retrieving knowledge and generating insights inside a live CRM product used by real businesses. This is a hands-on, build-focused role with direct ownership of systems that ship to production.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build and scale backend services in Python that power LLM-driven and agentic features within Lumen and Agent Studio.
• Build and productionize agentic AI systems — including planning, tool use, orchestration, memory and multi-step task execution.
• Integrate LLMs into core product workflows, focusing on reliability, latency, cost and correctness at production scale.
• Build robust APIs and services that connect AI agents with CRM data, business logic and third-party systems.

What We’re Looking For

The Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us build and improve the internal and partner-facing products that power our lending operations. You'll own features and workflows end to end — from understanding the problem, to writing the spec, to coordinating the build, to rolling it out and measuring whether it actually worked.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone early in their product career who wants to learn the craft by doing, inside a business where the feedback loop is short and the impact is visible.
