Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a DotNet Software Engineer to join our engineering teams at our Hyderabad office. 

What would you do? 

● Building products is all about solving hard problems. It requires creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. 

● We believe in freedom and ownership, so expect a large and important portion of the product to gradually become your responsibility. 

● Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance. 

● Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. 

● You will be collaborating with your teammates and clients. 

Experience? 

4-8 years of experience working on DotNet Core Framework - Web APIs. Experience building a Product, preferably SAAS. 

Technical Skillset? 

● In-depth knowledge of C# .NET languages. 

● Hands-on experience in DotNet Core Web API Framework and programming and some in ReactJS/Angular framework in a development-intensive individual contributor role 

● Experience working in Cloud, Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps environments. We live in the Cloud. 

● Good Knowledge of SOLID Principles and OOPS Concepts 

● Strong knowledge of SQL - Writing and debugging complex queries, stored procedures, and functions. 

● Strong knowledge of SQL DBs like PostgreSQL or SQL Server 

● Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper. 

● Experience with working with Authentication Providers like IdentityServer, Auth0, or equivalent is good to have 

Functional Skillset? 

● Comfortable “working virtually” with teammates and customers worldwide - we do a lot of Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet. 

● Good proficiency in the English language 

● Demonstrated success as a problem solver, result-oriented, self-starter 

● Good attention to detail 

● An inclination to get things done based on clear/aggressive goal setting and improving productivity metrics

You will be a part of the engineering team who focuses on user onboarding, licensing, marketplace stores, Sales analytics dashboard and CRM’s integrations.

Your role at Trimpixel

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with multiple file types, existing software packages
• Build software for a first-class onboarding experience
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering teams for requirements through to delivery
• Design and implement marketplace, Sales Analytics Pipeline and CRM integrations
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Job Requirements :

- Should have experience in supporting the application and infrastructure 24x7.

- Should have good working knowledge on troubleshooting skills of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows)

- Good experience on Java/j2EE application supporting and AWS infra supporting.

- Ability to work with 3rd parties/FOPS and provide required instruction to troubleshoot and restore faults.

- Respond quickly and effectively to production issues, troubleshooting solutions, and
taking responsibility for seeing those solutions through resolution.

- Identify root cause and corrective actions for highly complex availability, capacity, security, performance, and quality issues affecting the database.

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system.

- Good knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python.

- Good Knowledge of Databases like Mongo, Mysql, SQL Server.

- Respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure the high availability of our
production environments and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

- Experience/Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

- Must have production support experience as the requirement is 24X7X365 production support.

Role & Responsibilities -:

1. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel
2. Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming & Restful API
3. Strong knowledge of Akamai CDN, Redis, AWS services
4. Understanding of LAMP and MVC design patterns
5. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, JS

framework

1. Knowledge of Payment Gateway
2. Familiarity with MySQL/ PgSQL/ Mongo databases
3. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
4. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
5. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
6. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and

environments

Skills:

1. Building and maintenance of applications.
2. Extensive understanding of project management processes, principles and

methodologies.

1. Writing maintainable and high performance code.
2. Keeping up with the trends in technology and being up for challenges.

Qualification:

1. B. Tech in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2. Master’s degree in Computer Applications /M Tec. would be preferred.
