This role involves a balanced commitment to teaching, research, mentoring, and institutional service. The Assistant Professor will deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate and graduate students, conduct innovative research, supervise student projects, and contribute to curriculum development and departmental governance.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver effective training programs on technical subjects to students or employees, ensuring clear understanding and practical skill development. The trainer will design training content, conduct engaging sessions, and evaluate learner progress to enhance technical competency aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Working with school kids and teaching them subjects like block coding, Python, Robotics,3D printing, Electronics, Drones, etc.

2.Creating & maintaining tech and official documents as required.

3.Conducting engaging events and preparing students for competitions.

4.Developing innovative education resources for school students.

5.Guiding and mentoring students, designing engaging workshops, and fostering a creative learning environment.

6.Conducting virtual sessions.

7.Conducting training sessions for junior team members

8.Managing team at school

9.Coordinating with school management to full fill organisation goals

Assisting seniors in their work.

Qualifications:

Must have requirement

1.Atleast 6 months of experience in teaching school-going students.

Foundational experience of working on basic electronics, Arduino & other microcontroller etc..

2.Should possess a well-functioning laptop.

Optional/Preferred

1.Freshers with relevant skills & prior experience teaching school students are encouraged to apply

2.People with teaching passion & relevant skills are encouraged to apply

3.Prior teaching experience in a similar subject will be an added advantage.

4.Good proficiency in English communication will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Location

Salary: Upto 3lpa

Location: Udaipur

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
