Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, improving performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert to develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our website. The role involves on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with performance analysis and content optimization.

Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO: Optimize content, meta tags, and internal links for better search engine visibility.
• Off-Page SEO: Build backlinks and enhance external brand presence.
• Technical SEO: Conduct audits, resolve issues, and improve site performance.
• SEO Analysis: Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Content Strategy: Work with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Proven SEO experience with a focus on increasing organic traffic.
• Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• eCommerce SEO experience.
• SEO certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads).

• Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants. ** Provides orientation for new employees
• Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications,
• Documents and tracks timesheets of employees.
• Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• Maintain organized records of all SOWs, POs, and MSAs
• Track of all payments & expenditures, Purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Verifying the contracts /agreement with client /vendor, related to payment 
• Handling client and vendor calls regarding payments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR,Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR/accounting, with a focus on US standards

Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, ADP, Zoho,and especially Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with tax preparation and filing

Familiarity with financial planning and analysis

Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations

Technical Skills:

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of and experience in working on Microsoft Azure (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS)
• Ability to architect, design, and implement cloud-based solutions
• Proven track record of designing and implement the IoT-based solutions/Big Data solutions/applications to the Azure cloud platform.
• Experience in building .Net-based enterprise distributed solutions in Windows and Linux.
• Experience in using CI and CD tools. Jenkins/ Azure pipeline and Terraform. Experience in using another tooling such as Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.
• Good understanding of HA/DR Setups in Cloud
• Experience and working knowledge of Virtualization, Networking, Data Center, and Security
• Deep hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of business software at scale.
• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Platform
• Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud deployment, container technologies
• Experience / knowledge of other cloud offerings (e.g. AWS, GCP) will be added advantage
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.

• Actively practice and evangelize customer-centric design thinking.
• Deeply understand business goals, distill them into design problems, and come up with elegant solutions.
• Own and drive the end-to-end process for solving UI/UX design problems: ideate, conceptualize, design, test and refine.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, customer success managers, and marketeers to design intuitive and engaging user .
• Create user scenarios, user journey workflows, wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes throughout software product development lifecycle.
• Deliver hi-fidelity design mockups and assets ready for software frontend development.
