Join our product development team to develop our web applications

You are a creative web programmer that will focus on the front-end development and design, but also assist as needed with back-end development if needed.

Design, production, modification, and maintenance of web application’s user interface

Assist with the development and implementation of new features

Work with back-end developers to implement front-end and user interface requirements

Work with team on designing new interfaces to programs

Thoroughly document design and implemented code

Qualifications

- B.E. or B. Tech or MCA

- 5 to 8+ years of overall experience

5 years of frontend web application development

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery. Strong understanding of JavaScript

Good working experience of any of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools GIT/SVN

Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance

Good knowledge of charting any frameworks like Highcharts, Highmaps or D3JS

Working with and leveraging cloud PaaS components for front end delivery

Experience in any server-side programming is a plus

Familiarity with Visio, Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image is a plus.

We are looking for a Frontend UI Developer to translate UI/UX designs and/or wireframes into User Interfaces using HTML, CSS, Javascript and jquery. He/ she will be responsible for a pixel-perfect conversion of the defined layout. They need to be competent with responsive coding/adaptation to ensure the correct rendering of the design when viewed on various formats including web, mobile, etc. The Front-end coding resource also needs to be familiar with design conventions and best practices and needs to follow the same to write easily scalable code

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience in React JS and Redux
• Expert in React.j, ideally using TypeScript language extensions
• Good understanding of JavaScript Design Patterns
• Good experience writing front-end test cases
• HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web design are mandatory
• Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery
• Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, team player and a sense of humour

• Develop new user -facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Web pack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Creating the website architecture.

- Designing and building the website front-end.

- Managing website back-end including database and server integration.

- Managing WordPress themes and plugins.

- Conducting website performance tests.

- Troubleshooting content issues.

- Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Skill Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

- Knowledge of code version tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.

- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

- Ability to manage projects.

- Good communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
