Job Summary

 To lead, develop, and implement strategic branding initiatives to position the organization as the preferred choice for IIT JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching. The Branding Head will drive all aspects of brand development, student connect campaigns, and enrollment-focused communication to improve brand recall, trust, and student acquisition

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

• Define and evolve the brand vision, mission, values, and tone for all verticals: IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation (6th–10th).
• Establish a consistent brand identity across online and offline platforms.
• Position the brand as a student-focused, result-oriented, and trustworthy coaching institute.

2. Student-Centric Branding Campaigns

• Design innovative campaigns that resonate with students and parents across age groups (8th–10th Std.).
• Leverage motivational storytelling, academic success journeys, and relatable role models.
• Initiate emotional branding that connects with aspirational goals of students and parental trust.

3. School & Foundation Branding Initiatives

• Create and execute specific campaigns targeting middle school (Class 8–10) students.
• Build early engagement through:
• Science and Math quizzes
• Aptitude contests
• Scholarship tests
• Career guidance workshops (with branding recall)
• Collaborate with schools to conduct co-branded events and seminars.

4. Digital & Social Media Branding

• Develop and oversee digital content strategies (videos, reels, shorts, student testimonials).
• Optimize brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and education portals.
• Run targeted digital campaigns for enrollment and lead generation.
• Monitor online sentiment, reviews, and competitor analysis to fine-tune campaigns.

5. Offline Branding & Visibility

• Plan and execute Out of Home OOH (hoardings, bus shelters, railway stations), flyers, brochures, newspaper ads aligned with enrollment season.
• Design institute branding elements – reception visuals, student success walls, classrooms, etc.
• Organize branded student events like felicitation ceremonies, toppers' meet, exam strategy sessions.

6. Enrollment-Driven Campaigns

• Design admission season campaigns highlighting USPs, results, scholarships, early bird offers.
• Collaborate with the admission team to understand lead quality and campaign impact.
• Drive brand support for franchisee centers for localized enrollment campaigns.

7. Internal Branding & Culture Building

• Ensure faculty, counselors, and staff represent brand values in communication.
• Develop internal brand guides, training, and behavior manuals.

8. Partnerships & PR

• Build partnerships with schools, education influencers, media agencies, and test preparation platforms.
• Create press releases, media coverage, and influencer tie-ups for building credibility.

Key Performance Indicators

• Growth in brand awareness and unaided brand recall.
• Increase in student enrollment inquiries and conversions from branding campaigns.
• Engagement rates on social media and digital platforms.
• Number of schools and partner institutions engaged.
• Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend metrics.
• Visibility metrics (e.g., OOH impressions, campaign reach).
• Brand health metrics (NPS, student/parent trust perception surveys).

Job responsibility The Lead Developer contributes, to create a customer’s solution, in the building phase of the software development lifecycle. The Software Engineer is responsible for performing the detailed design of application and technical architecture components and classes in accordance to the specification provided by the Solution Architect, for coding of SW components, and for the early testing phases (component testing), and system testing support

Hands on experience in Java, Python, scripting
- Design, implement, deploy and support web-based applications and web services using server technologies stacks that include Java, MySQL
- Experience in Java/J2EE using web frameworks Play or Spring boot, REST API Development and ORM (JPA, Hibernate eBean etc.)
- In depth knowledge of Design patterns and Data structures
- Databases - MySQL, Oracle, SQL
- Solid understanding of concepts like Web Services, SOA, REST APIs, Message Queue, Caching, Distributed/Scalable Architecture
- Secure application development best practices, such as OWASP
- Document and maintain all design documents and involve in review process.
- Experienced problem solving and debugging skills.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Agile methodology is added advantage
- Knowledge of Cloud Knowledge /Azure
- Must know about Unix knowledge
- experience in Elastic search

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion

• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a growing high functional team, responsible for delivering various frontend products to the end-users. Simplifying complex workflow and make it easy for the end-users.
• The team designs and develops various products from - financial apps targeted to invoice users, data-heavy app oriented to operational and support teams, a productivity app for sales teams,
• SDK that will be integrated into third-party apps, etc.
• You will work with business, product, and backend teams to work on new features and products.
• You are expected to drive the products to maximize its business impact and customer delight.
• You are expected to stay on top of tech innovations in the Web development space, experiment them and make suitable suggestions to enhance tech stack. Research and propose software programs that are compatible with future technologies.

• Design and implement Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Integrating data from various back-end services
• Develop a simple-to-use user interface for a complex product, apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns
• Contribute to end-to-end system architecture, working with/as cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with UX teams, product managers and other technical teams to create optimized and delightful user experiences
• Apply expertise of HTML5, bootstrap/foundation CSS frameworks
• Analyze the performance of layers in the frontend, backend and engineer designs/code to solve them
• Work with the product team to build flow and detail out the requirements
• Conversant with development for desktop and mobile browsers and hybrid apps.

• Proven working experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Working with respectable size Single Page Application (SPA) project
• Expert in MVC like design patterns, modern JavaScript frameworks
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Solid CS, OOP/OOD, design patterns
• Good grasp on usability and interaction design
• Track record in large-scale system software development
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques

• An​y framework - ReactJS (Must Have), AngularJS, Backbone, Ember, VueJS
• DOM and Virtual DOM understanding
• API Integration. Understanding of session management. 

• Experience with server-side processing such as templating, packaging and delivery
• Some end-to-end system design experience, sensitive to ​ security
• Experience working with webviews on Android and iOS
• Exposure to React Native
• Demonstrated visual design and layout skills
