Backend Developer/Full Stack Developer Job Description - We are looking for developers who can convert complex business problems into tech deliverables, build scalable systems and work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills required

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer/Backend Developer

Experience with large-scale architectural patterns, event-driven microservices, well-designed APIs, and efficient algorithms.

Knowledge of at least 1 Object Oriented Programming language (e. g. Node.js, Python)

Knowledge of at least 1 Relational database and familiarity with NoSQL databases.

Problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop new relationships and expand existing relationships to drive Consulting Services Sales
• Execute campaigns around core offerings to generate new revenue opportunities
• Proven track record of meeting a quota of at least $150000 in technology services
• Leverage prior consulting sales experience to influence client in resourcing strategies and create
solutions that deliver on client needs
• Hands-on experience with proposal/RFP creation for client proposals/presentations
• Develop and manage a small team of stars. Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports re: strategies to drive closure.
• Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
• Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and tracks the results.

We are focused on democratizing Insurance through technology. It is a cloud-based platform connecting distributors to the Insurance Ecosystem to sell and manage Insurance programs. We are creating a middleware connecting consumers, traditional insurance institutions, intermediaries, and service partners on a single platform. Basically, give distributors the ability access to the entire Insurance ecosystem via 1 API / 1 platform.
Our goal is simple - Provide a new way to do Insurance, which is secure, easy, and focuses on the consumer while staying compliant with the frameworks laid down by the regulator.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer / Technology domain.
 4-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environment/ building SaaS products.
 Excellent coding skills with the ability to deliver in a hyper-growth phase.

 Hands-on experience in JAVA and practical experience in developing and designing
scalable software solutions.
 Excellent Problem-solving skills & amp; understanding of data structures in a complex environment.
 Extensive experience in Spring, Hibernate and SpringBoot
 Experience in building REST Services
 Experience in integrating third party APIs (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Accounting software APIs, APIs of CRM tools, etc.) into web applications
 Experience in working with SQL and no SQL DBs (Preferably Mongo DB)
 Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
 Knowledge of how insurance processes and past experience in working on insurance
applications is a plus.

*Three years of experience in application support, technology operations, or software development role.
*Experience with MS SQL server and other relational database technologies.
*Experience with testing methodologies
*Familiarity with MS Windows server and or Linux server environment
* Experience using CRM and or ticketing systems and tools including  but not limited to: Salesforce, Clickup,Monday,JIRA Software,etc
*Knowledge on cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
*Experience in .NET DEVELOPMENT WITH MVC HTML,CSS, JAVA SCRIPT LIBRARIES,JQUERY C#,SOAP ABD REST 
*Azure certifications of any kind
A keen ability to troubleshoot deep and solve problems
