Job Description 

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the face of our payment solutions at one of the busiest airports in India. You will ensure that every merchant—from luxury boutiques to food outlets—enjoys a seamless payment experience. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the health of our POS/EDC terminals and tablets through proactive daily visits and rapid technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Company: Walk the airport terminal daily to visit your assigned shops. Make sure store managers know you and trust you to help them.
• Fix Tech Issues on the Spot: If a credit card machine (POS) or tablet isn't working, fix it immediately so the shop doesn't lose sales.
• Problem Solver: If you can’t fix a machine yourself, report it to your boss right away so a replacement can be sent.
• Maintenance Checks: Regularly check all devices to make sure they are charged and connected to the internet before the airport gets busy.
• Help & Mentor: Show shop staff how to use the machines correctly and how to fix simple internet or paper jam issues.
• Keep Records: Keep a simple daily log of which shops you visited, what you fixed, and what the shop owners are saying about the service.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Technical diplomas or IT backgrounds are a plus).
• Experience: 0–3 years in field support, retail operations, or customer success. Experience with POS/EDC hardware is highly preferred.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a significant advantage for local coordination.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including morning, evening, and night shifts) to support 24/7 airport operations.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort with extensive walking and standing, as the role requires visiting multiple outlets across large airport terminals.
• Problem-Solving: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Lead (Python or Node), who adopts a hands-on approach and loves to build scalable, distributed and large web / mobile products. You would be responsible for designing the architecture, reviewing the code, building the technology and deploying web/mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Architect scalable software solutions and mentor a team of high performing developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshoot to ensure uptime for live systems etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a premier college.  
• Prior 4+ years of experience in back-end development (Python/ Golang) in a start-up or a dynamic work environment.
• Good exposure in writing and optimizing SQL for high-performance systems.
• Understanding of asyncio and eventloop/ uvloop concepts. Knowledge of frameworks such as Quart/ Fastapi/ Starlette is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS; Caching technologies like Redis, Memcache; ELK; mySQL Databases, etc.
• Strong understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Message queues, and in-memory data stores etc.
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

 Develop an effective test suite based on the FPGA requirements.

 Testbench architecture with System Verilog and UVM

 Develop test environments based on the architecture.

 Develop Agents, Drivers, Monitors, Predictors, Scoreboard, and Sequences etc.

 Actively participate in a team environment, working with verification,

architecture, applications, and design teams to develop comprehensive

verification plans and address issues.

 Verification environment development/update for block level and system level.

 Own and drive verification related activities, provide technical support, and

proactively manage tasks to meet schedule goals.

 Define and develop effective functional assertions and coverpoints

 Debug the design issues and report through appropriate tools

 Code Coverage analysis and test case identification for improving the code

coverage.

 Perform timing simulations.

 Apply techniques and skills required to identify a root cause of a given issue and

very good debugging skills.

 Technical guidance to the junior engineers on verification tasks.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication or

VLSI )

 10+ years of Industry experience in development, integration & verification of

ASIC/FPGA.

 Protocols – PCIe, SPI, ARINC 429, Mil 1553, Image processing or similar.

 Hands on experience in developing System Verilog/UVM verification

environment from scratch.

 Hands on experience with Questa or similar advanced simulation tools.

 Hands on experience in DO-254 verification process.

 Experience in DOORS/Jama will be a plus.

 Experience in Video domain will be a plus.

Experience of using .NET Core framework.

·   Web development experience in HTML5, http://asp.net/">ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular 2+.

·   Good experience in MVC/ Web API/ Web services.

·   Good experience in Entity framework, SQL server (Writing Complex Queries, Store Proc.) and reporting.

·   Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Solid Design Principle (Mandatory For 4+ Experience).

·   Familiar with version control/ development tools such as GIT,CI/CD, Subversion, Bitbucket, TFS, Hudson, Bamboo or equivalents.

·   Agile/ Scrum development on complex applications/ products across distributed teams. Use of Jira/ Ace/ Trello (or similar tools) is essential.

·   Good exposure of client communication (voice & text chat through Skype).

• Creating and updating the listing on all the platforms
• Coordinating with Marketplace teams to set up and manage promotions (deals and price offs) for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc
• Setting up deals, opting in to relevant deals (on FK)
• Following up on confirmation of promotions
• Checking execution and performance of promotion
• Checking Debit Notes received against promotions
• Working with Stock Manager to ensure healthy inventory metrics on B2C Marketplaces
• Working with team members to ensure timely delivery of shipments to B2B Marketplace warehouses
• Working with team members to ensure timely payment from B2B Marketplaces
• Reviewing of Influencer program
• Working with the content team to develop and update content for product listings
• Maintaining properties such as Brand Pages
• Coordinating with the Content team and Marketplace teams to develop creatives for promotions
• Investigating and resolving of content related issues

Desired Candidate Profile

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
