Job Title : Software Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on across the complete testing lifecycle and comfortable working with modern testing tools, APIs, databases, and scripting.

Mandatory Skills :

Manual & Automation Testing, API Testing (Postman/Swagger), Load/Performance Testing, SQL/Database Queries, Basic Scripting, Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, and use of Test Management/Project Tracking Tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle: test strategy, test case design, execution, and automation.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and load testing.
• Use project tracking and test management tools effectively.
• Conduct debugging and responsiveness testing using browser developer tools.
• Work with databases to validate data through basic queries.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Identify, report, and track defects with clear documentation.
• Continuously adopt new testing tools, practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/Swagger or similar).
• Experience with Load/Performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL/Database querying.
• Basic scripting knowledge in any programming language.
• Familiarity with test management and project tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Skills required: -

• Excellent front end/UI skills (JS, HTML, Angular, Flutter) and OR Android skills. -
• Understanding of nodeJS, server-side technologies, exposure to databases. -
• Deep knowhow of data structures, algorithms. 
• Hands on development across technologies. -
• B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science/ Equivalent) from a reputed institute

1. Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
3. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Understanding of RESTful API development and consumption.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
9. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) is a plus.
10. Knowledge of other PHP frameworks and CMS (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter, WordPress) is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

• We would prefer it the candidate has an experience of min 1 year but a maximum of 3 years with all above mentioned technologies, libraries and frameworks

3:Strong experience in REST and SOAP APIs

4: Experience with working on scalable interactive web applications

5:Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Html

8:Good Understanding of test-driven Development

9: Preferred exposure to finance domain
