We’re building a smart assistant that ingests client docs (bank statements, payslips, loan summaries) and uses modular AI agents to extract, classify, and summarize financial data in minutes, not hours. Think OCR + AI agents + compliance-ready outputs.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Building

As part of our early technical team, you’ll help us develop and launch our MVP. Key modules include:

• Document ingestion and OCR processing (Textract, Document AI)
• AI agent workflows using LangChain or CrewAI
• Serviceability calculators with business rule engines
• React + Next.js frontend for brokers and analysts
• FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL
• Security, encryption, audit logging (privacy-first design)

🎯 We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, OCR, LLMs, prompt engineering)
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar)
• Frontend skills in React.js / Next.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud storage (AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of financial documents and data privacy best practices

Bonus Points:

• Experience with OCR tools like Amazon Textract, Tesseract, or Document AI
• Building ML/NLP pipelines in real-world apps
• Prior work in fintech, lending, or proptech sectors

The Lead Developer provides technical expertise which requires a working knowledge of the technical infrastructure underpinning the applications. Plans, consults, and coordinates complex project assignments in the design, development and implementation of applications software. Works as part of a service or project team to implement complex technical solutions that meet business requirements. Responsible for contributing to the planning of the work programs and the review, development, and modification of best practices and technical solutions. . What success looks like in this role:

• You will lead a team of 5-10 developers building web apps with React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB, and mobile apps with React Native.

• Architect scalable and high-performance web and mobile apps using proven JavaScript stacks like MERN and MEAN

• Establish best practices for web and mobile development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD

• Proficiency in TypeScript is required to develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of our web applications.

• Plan sprints, assign tasks, and oversee code reviews, testing, and releases

• Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack

• Manage technical debt and spearhead migrations to new libraries/frameworks when needed

• Hire and mentor developers and promote an engineering culture of learning and excellence.

Skills Required:

You will be successful in this role if you have:

: • Bachelor's in engineering (B.E or BTech.), MCA.

• 5+ years' experience leading web and/or mobile engineering teams

• Deep expertise with JavaScript, Node.js, React, React Native, and MongoDB • Experience building web apps with MERN or similar stacks • Experience building mobile apps with React Native or similar frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

Qualifications

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for bringing the platform to the next level and ensuring the stability of the core platform. S/he will report directly to our GM and will have the opportunity to participate in the next phase of growth at Delishop, developing the platform and adapting it to meet the needs of new verticals. S/he will have flexibility and responsibilities from day one with expectations to contribute to the growth of the company by bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.

Duties:

• Coordinate project work with junior staff under the supervision of the GM.
• Act as a technical lead to the junior staff
• Lead production troubleshooting.
• Participate in the ideation of how to optimise the platform.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in development.
• Very good knowledge of ReactJS including workflows (eg: redux)
• Good knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
• Experience creating and using APIs (REST)
• Solid experience with ExpressJS/lambda and other backend technologies
• Understand of token and authentication mechanisms (eg: JWT)
• Experience with AWS, Command line tools and Auto-Scaling Environments.
• Comfortable with GIT (CLI), including branching and merging.
