Roles and Responsibilities

• Good Hands-on exp. in Spark
• Extensive exp. in Scala (IDE- Eclipse/IntelliJ)
• Working knowledge to create and work on Maven Project. Scala Maven Plugin. POM File
• Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks

Bringing up Android on custom hardware 

•  Android OS modifications, HAL interface definition language (C++ and Java)
•  Android, JNI and Android application performance optimization 

 Preferred Skills and Experience:

•  Experience in Java or Kotlin development (preferably Android) 
•  Experience in C/C++ with deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming. 
•  Experience with GIT or similar repository management and version control tools. Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools and Agile methodology. 
•  Development in a Linux environment with emphasis on Unit testing alongside functional integration testing. 
•  Android-For-Work, Android Enterprise features and EMM/MDM management solutions 

• Make a list of potential clients such as supermarkets, online grocery portals, kirana stores, etc.
•  Work on analysing sales data and generate weekly sales reports via field sales management software
•  Accompany salesmen and understand the selling process in-field sales
•  Visit kirana stores and supermarkets to analyse shelf space, competitors in the market and market share of our product
•  Suggest suitable promotional activities based on your observations
•  Work closely with field sales executives and assist them in ascertaining the productivity of stores
• Manage and learn the overall sales process and get first-hand experience in the FMCG market
• Good telecommunication skills and corporate skills.

1. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
2. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
3. Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes

5. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies
6. Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
7. Works closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop a strategy for long-term data platform architecture.

9. Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues.

1.  Prior experience of 2 to 5 years as a Data Engineer.
2. Ability in managing and communicating data warehouse plans to internal teams.

5. Excellent analytic skills associated with working on unstructured datasets.
6. Ability to build processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency, and metadata.

Must Have Skills:

• Good experience in Pyspark - Including Dataframe core functions and Spark SQL
• Good experience in SQL DBs - Be able to write queries including fair complexity.
• Should have excellent experience in Big Data programming for data transformation and aggregations
• Good at ELT architecture. Business rules processing and data extraction from Data Lake into data streams for business consumption.
• Good customer communication.
• Good Analytical skills

Technology Skills (Good to Have):

• Building and operationalizing large scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AZURE data and analytics services in combination with custom solutions - Azure Synapse/Azure SQL DWH, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, Spark, HDInsights, Databricks, CosmosDB, EventHub/IOTHub.
• Experience in migrating on-premise data warehouses to data platforms on AZURE cloud. 
• Designing and implementing data engineering, ingestion, and transformation functions
• Azure Synapse or Azure SQL data warehouse
• Spark on Azure is available in HD insights and data bricks
