🔧 Role Overview

We are looking for passionate .NET Developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices for enterprise-grade applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients on high-performance, cloud-native solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅Build and maintain scalable .NET microservices

✅Develop secure, high-quality RESTful Web APIs

✅Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

✅Optimize performance and implement caching strategies

💫 Must-Have Skills

✅ 4+ years of experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+ & C#

✅Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API & EF Core

✅REST API development & middleware implementation

✅Solid understanding of SOLID principles & design patterns

✅Unit testing experience (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq)

Required Skills: 

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level, n-tier, software solutions.  
• Proficiency with Microsoft C# is a must.  
• In-depth experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.  
• Knowledge of OOP, server technologies, and SOA is a must. 3+ Years Micro-service experience .  
• Relevant experience with database design and SQL (Postgres is preferred).  
• Experience with ORM tooling.  
• Experience delivering software that is correct, stable, and security compliant.  
• Basic understanding of common cloud platform. (Good to have)
• Financial services experience is strongly preferred.  
• Thorough understanding of XML/JSON and related technologies.  
• Thorough understanding of unit, integration, and performance testing for APIs.   
• Entrepreneurial spirit. You are self-directed, innovative, and biased towards action. You love to build new things and thrive in fast-paced environments.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on strong writing and analytical problem-solving.

• Understand the design and architecture and build modules in accordance with it or recommend and make the necessary changes that adds more stability to our product.
• Improve the quality of our front-end code and our overall front-end user experience.
• Takes requirements (business features, technical debts and internal enhancements) and designs resilient solutions. 

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Demonstrable understanding of Design Patterns.
• Experience in Context & Dependency Injection or Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience in RESTful/SOAP web services in integrating with 3rd Party API Integrations.
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in multi-threading and concurrency is a plus Experience in JMS messaging using Apache Zookeeper and Kafka is a plus.
• Experience in Angular is a plus. Knowledge of modern CI/CD environments: Git, Gradle, GitLab Familiarity with tools like Postman, SOAPUI, IntelliJ

• Willing to learn our tech-stack (Kotlin | CDI | Angular).
• Develop API integrations using RESTful/SOAP web services.
• Significant technical academic course work or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge on cloud infrastructure is a plus.

4. White box testing (unit test)
5. Ability to communicate regarding work related verbal and written
6. Other required soft skills to work in a team.
7. Ability to guide junior developers technically.
