Job Title : Python Django Developer

Experience : 3+ Years

Location : Gurgaon Sector - 48

Working Days : 6 Days WFO (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Python Django Developer with strong foundational knowledge in backend development, data structures, and operating system concepts.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Django and PostgreSQL, along with excellent logical thinking and multithreading knowledge.

Main Technical Skills : Python, Django (or Flask), PostgreSQL/MySQL, SQL & NoSQL ORM, Microservice Architecture, Third-party API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email APIs), REST API development, JSON/XML, strong knowledge of data structures, multithreading, and OS concepts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Write efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code using the Django framework
• Develop backend components, server-side logic, and statistical models
• Design and implement high-availability, low-latency applications with robust data protection and security
• Contribute to the development of highly responsive web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and integration

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong programming skills in Python and Django (or similar frameworks like Flask).
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL / MySQL and experience in writing complex queries.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL ORM.
• Solid grasp of data structures, multithreading, and operating system concepts.
• Experience with RESTful API development and implementation of API security.
• Knowledge of JSON/XML and their use in data exchange.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with Redis, MQTT, and message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and third-party API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email APIs).
• Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge in building and integrating statistical learning models.

Job Details:

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Back-end Engineer who holds a passion to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. The Back- end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team
• members.
• Taking lead on projects, as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Solid experience specializing in developing and managing back-end systems for enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong command on Python and databases such as MySQL.
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming
• techniques and tools.

• BE/MTech/MCA/MSc
• 3+yrs Hands on Experience in TSQL / PL SQL / PG SQL or NOSQL
• Immediate joiners preferred*
• Candidates will be selected based on logical/technical and scenario-based testing

1. Technical Skills Desired:
   1. Experience in MS SQL Server and one of these Relational DB’s, PostgreSQL / AWS Aurora DB / MySQL / Oracle / NOSQL DBs (MongoDB / DynamoDB / DocumentDB) in an application development environment and eagerness to switch
   2. Design database tables, views, indexes
   3. Write functions and procedures for Middle Tier Development Team
   4. Work with any front-end developers in completing the database modules end to end (hands-on experience in parsing of JSON & XML in Stored Procedures would be an added advantage).
   5. Query Optimization for performance improvement
   6. Design & develop SSIS Packages or any other Transformation tools for ETL
