Ruby on Rails

What you will do:

● Design and build features for our web applications — front end and back end, using Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, and React

● Work across the stack: databases, APIs, and the plumbing that connects them

● Take a feature from first line to shipped — you'll touch every phase of the build, not just one slice of it

● Test for performance, security, and the edge cases that actually break things in production

● Work directly with the rest of the team on shared infrastructure, not off in a corner

● Push for better tools and approaches as the codebase grows, instead of settling for "it's always been done this way

What you need 

 ● 0-1 years of professional experience building with Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, JavaScript/React, or Node

● Comfortable with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery on the front end

● A real grip on data structures and algorithms — not just the interview-prep version

● Solid object-oriented design instincts

● You'd rather write simple, clean code than clever code

● Comfortable with relational databases day-to-day

● Working knowledge of NoSQL is a plus, not a requirement

● Some interest in the math and stats side of finance helps — you don't need to be an expert.

Also running in production here — OPTIONAL / NICE TO KNOW You won't be hired against this list. Prior exposure is a genuine plus, and you'll bump into these once you're in — but not knowing them isn't a blocker.

Mus have expereince in Odoo , Redmine aand ROR

• 10+ years in software engineering, business-systems architecture, or platform engineering, with deep SME knowledge of operational tools such as Odoo, Redmine, GitHub, or comparable ERP/ITSM/DevOps platforms 
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails, including production experience building or maintaining Redmine plugins or comparable Rails-based extensions 
• Strong command of business processes across delivery, support, and operations — able to translate how a business runs into how a tool should behave 
• Practical agentic development experience: MCP, LLM tooling, AI-assisted automation, or agent-orchestrated workflows in production 
• Proven track record building plugins, modules, and extensions that survive product version upgrades, with disciplined API and integration design 
• Commitment to clean, tested, production-grade systems — including when the author of the code is an agent

What are you required to do ? (Your Responsibilities) :

• Proactively maintain and develop all linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24*7*365 uptime service.
• Engineering of systems administration-related various solutions for our various SAAS products and projects as well as operational needs.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
• Providing technical support to customers for Applications, Operating systems, and networking.
• Will also be the first point of contact for our clients, where installations are placed on a permanent basis, for basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.

Skills & Qualification Required (Add Value) :

• Graduate - Preferred to have Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• He / She should be familiar with the installation and configuration of Linux operating systems and setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux systems also familiar with Internet concepts including SMTP, IMAP, POP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP and related protocols.
• You should possess excellent communication skills .
• Knowledge of Email concepts, Helpdesk Concept , VoIP Concept , Cloud computing will be an added advantage.
