About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise web marketing and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Program Management, Agile delivery, ERP business processes, stakeholder management, and web marketing platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and continuous delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for web marketing and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Manage Agile delivery processes including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Track releases, deployment schedules, and project progress using Jira and Confluence.
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively resolve project blockers.
- Ensure smooth communication between Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team productivity.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentoring, and Agile best practices across teams.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and program updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT, Technology Consulting, or Program Management.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale Agile projects.
- Experience working in deadline-driven, fast-paced delivery environments.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes including:
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Hire to Retire (H2R)
- Customer Support
- Experience coordinating multiple teams across business and technology functions.
