Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented sales professional to drive the expansion of our EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Consultancy vertical. As the regulatory landscape becomes more stringent with the new amendments, your role will be to assist Producers, Importers, and Brand Owners (PIBOs) and Recyclers in navigating compliance through our expert-led solutions.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)The performance of the candidate will be measured against the following key metrics:

• New Client Acquisition: Meeting monthly and quarterly targets for onboarding new PIBOs for EPR registration and credit fulfilment.
• Lead Generation: Building a robust pipeline of prospects through multi-channel outreach.
• Revenue Growth: Driving top-line sales through effective negotiation and closing of high-value consultancy contracts.
• Client Retention: Managing existing relationships to ensure recurring annual compliance and renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales & Execution: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (Manufacturers, Importers, and E-commerce entities) to sell EPR consultancy services for plastic, e-waste, battery, tyre waste and used oil management
• Field Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and site visits to build trust with prospects. Represent the company at national trade conferences and environmental summits.
• Digital & Cold Outreach: Execute consistent cold calling, personalized email sequences, and collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns to nurture leads.
• Regulatory Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert by staying updated on the EPR related regulations including new mandates on recycled content targets and QR-code traceability.
• Proposal Management: Draft technical and commercial proposals, handle price negotiations, and oversee the onboarding process with the compliance team.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–4 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Environmental Consultancy. Experience in the waste management industry is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and proficiency in CRM tools.
• Mindset: Self-motivated and "hungry" for growth. Should be comfortable with a performance-driven incentive structure.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.

Job Description

We are looking for a Verbal Ability trainer to take classes for students preparing for various competitive exams like RRB, BANKING, SSC, etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking classes and doubt sessions on verbal ability for Banking, SSC and RRB Exams.
• Solving doubts of students individually as well as in a group session.
• preparing questions and test series for Bank exams, SSC and RRB.
• Conduct Doubt Clearing sessions for area-specific problems.
• Mentoring students to handle exam-specific challenges.
• Create lesson plans and strategies that are custom designed for students in group.
• Prescribe follow-up work to be undertaken by students to revise and reinforce concepts and skills dealt with in classroom discussions.
• Be prepared and equipped for both offline and online sessions.
• Be part of promotional and awareness activities and campaigns.
• Stay updated on exam and test related patterns, schedules, subjects, eligibility, difficulty level, etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• A deep understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital;
• Strong creative problem-solving skills;
• Strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection, and all key aspects of audio-visual content;
• Understanding of print processes and creative production;
• Solid understanding of the art production process;
