Product Owner / Product Manager

We are looking for a trainer to deliver an advanced AI Training for Oracle Services, specifically leveraging the licensed tool Claude.

The scope of the training should cover the following topics:

• EBS Form Designing using AI
• APEX Form Designing using AI
• Report Generation (.rdf, Fusion BIP) using AI
• Report Bursting using AI
• PaaS/VBCS Form Personalization using AI tools
• Fusion Form Customization using Groovy Script and AI
• EBS to Fusion Form Conversion
• APEX to Fusion Form Conversion

The expected number of participants is 15, and the training is preferred to be conducted offline.

 Roles and responsibilities

• Work with founders, to understand business objectives and customer insights
• Work with product, engineering and customers to co-create the product with early customers
• Prepare wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to take ideas from inception to execution
• Build a design strategy, establish high-quality design processes, and create a culture of design within.
• Drive user research to identify problems and experiment with solutions; inform the product roadmap by advocating for user needs
• Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Self-driven individual with high ownership and a strong work ethic
• Ability to turn complex design problems into beautiful, intuitive solutions
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
• Aesthetic appeal - you have an eye for beautiful designs/visuals
• Expertise in product thinking & user empathy; being able to identify the key user needs and connect them with effective solutions
• Excellent craft skills, such as visual storytelling, pixel-perfect UI design, and prototyping
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable running a full design process from beginning to end
• Ability to conduct user research studies

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for early members of our India team. You will be part of the team that establishes our India product development team. We are looking for candidates who have high potential, are excited about tackling the climate change problem and are excited to grow in a high-growth environment while working with the Singapore HQ.

A junior/mid-level React developer. Must be comfortable to work in a small development team and have the initiative to work alone on smaller problem sets.

• Build frontend features using React & typescript
• Collaborate with the backend team on API requirements and contracts
• Analyse processes and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new technologies, and better assist other team members.
• Take lead on projects, as needed.
