React or Rails Developer

Role & Responsibilities

This is not just another dev job. You’ll help engineer the backbone of the world’s first AI Agentic manufacturing OS.

• Build and own features end-to-end — from design → deployment → scale.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)
• Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
• Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Mandatory (AI): Must have hands on experience with using AI tools (eg: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Deepdcode) for coding
• Mandatory (Database Skills): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Node.js, Ruby on Rails (RoR), React, and Swift.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development experience, and a deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and TDD best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Backend-Heavy Full-Stack Development : Strong focus on Ruby on Rails (RoR) for backend and React for frontend.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) : Follow TDD principles to ensure high-quality code.
• Software Architecture & Design : Implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Data Structures & Algorithms : Optimize performance and ensure efficient solutions.
• Clean Code Practices : Write modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Agile Development : Work in an Agile environment with CI/CD pipelines.
• Full-Stack Ownership : Manage both backend and frontend development, including deployment.

• Ruby on Rails (RoR) - Backend

Good to Have :

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Swift, and JavaScript

Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 websites, extensions, and modules.
• Build and enhance Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using Magento PWA Studio, React.js, and GraphQL.
• Integrate third-party systems including payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and other API-based services.
• Optimize site performance, caching, and scalability using tools like Redis, Varnish, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Configure caching, indexing, and CDN for improved site performance.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript.
• Skilled in React.js, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs for modern frontend development in Magento PWA.
• Proficient in Magento theme development, custom module development, and UI component customization.
• Set up and manage Docker-based environments for local development, staging, and production deployments.
• Implement security best practices, perform regular updates, and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.

  Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering with strong communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience building large-scale software applications or web applications
• Strong knowledge of Full-Stack development with Java Spring Framework and established web frameworks Bootstrap, Vue.js, React or AngularJS.
• Experience of different data stores and search engine solutions like Apache Solr or Elasticsearch and designing and implementing API web services (RESTful and SOAP-based)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment whiles providing operational support capability.
