Role Overview

As an SDE-III at Master-O, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling core product features used by large enterprises with high user volumes. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions while ensuring best engineering practices.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, system thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of full-time professional experience in software development

Requirements:

Technical skills

• 8+ years of experience in a role Business or System or Functional Analyst;
• Proficient in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional requirements, system diagrams, wireframes;
• Experience of working with Restful APIs (writing requirements, API usage);

Responsibilities:

• Participation in discovery phases and workshops with Customer, covering key business and product requirements;
• Manage project scope, requirements management and their impact on existing requirements, defining dependencies on other teams;
• Creating business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications and technical requirements (incl. flow diagrams, data mappings, examples);
• Close collaboration with development team (requirements presentation, backlog grooming, requirements change management, technical solution design together with Tech Lead, etc.);

Specific Responsibilities:

• Would work in design, develop, enhance, test and maintain software applications
• Design and develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, packages, parameterized queries and objects using tools like Toad, SQL Developer, Pl/SQL developer
• Build and maintain Application database schema/objects and account for data migration/upgrades across versions
• Identify and automate routine maintenance tasks

Role

Being a part of the Products / Software Engineering team, this member is expected to work with the existing development team. Key responsibilities of this role include MS Tech stack-based applications as per the product roadmap / project scope. Experience

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based applications using

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, Debug simulink/stateflow models according to functional, technical requirements, MAAB guidelines.
• Derive software requirements from system level requirements and establish bi-directional traceability within the models and generated code.
• Generate Code from developed models, generate test vectors, automate tests and document code reviews, test results.
• Automate the data exchange flow between MATLAB models, excel sheets, code testing using m-scripts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
