Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Growth and Operations to lead and oversee our Website and SEO Managed Services division - Freshboost. This is a leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring exceptional client delivery, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business unit.

The Head of Growth and Operations will be accountable for the performance of Account Management, SEO, and Website Services teams, ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of SEO, website development, digital marketing, Webflow, and WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Website and SEO Managed Services division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Account Managers, SEO Specialists, Webflow Developers, WordPress Developers, and other team members.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of client services, ensuring projects and ongoing engagements are executed efficiently and successfully.
• Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and business growth.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, effective stakeholder management, and quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, and operational issues.
• Drive resource planning, workforce allocation, and capacity management across multiple teams and client accounts.
• Develop and implement scalable processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define delivery strategies, growth initiatives, and service improvement plans.
• Review team performance regularly and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the successful execution of SEO, website development, website maintenance, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, client outcomes, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition, solution design, and service expansion opportunities.
• Identify risks to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and client success.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and team capability building within the division.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, service commitments, and delivery timelines across all client engagements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to continuously enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital services, managed services, digital marketing, website operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a leadership, managerial, or delivery management role.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SEO, website development, digital marketing, client delivery, and account management practices.
• Working knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, website management processes, and SEO best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and client engagements simultaneously.
• Experience establishing KPIs, managing performance, and driving operational improvements.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction, team performance, and organizational objectives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience managing client relationships, service delivery operations, and business performance metrics.

• Experience in agency, managed services, SaaS, consulting, or technology-driven environments will be preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, project management platforms, and reporting tools will be an advantage.

Candidate must have 7+ years of experience in ML, Generative AI, NLP, ASR, and LLMs (preferably healthcare).

Candidate must have strong Python skills with hands-on experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow and transformer model fine-tuning.

Candidate must have experience deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Candidate must have hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

Candidate must have experience integrating AI with EHR/EMR systems, ensuring HIPAA/HL7/FHIR compliance, and leading AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preparation:
• Gathering data from various sources (databases, APIs, files).
• Cleaning and preprocessing data (handling missing values, outliers, inconsistencies).
• Transforming data into a suitable format for analysis.
• Data Analysis:
• Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends.
• Applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Creating data visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate findings.
• Model Development and Evaluation:
• Assisting in the development and training of machine learning models.
• Evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Contributing to model tuning and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participate in the design and development of web applications using PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Customize and implement WordPress themes and plugins to meet project specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot code errors and issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Ensure websites are responsive and cross-browser compatible for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.
• Update and maintain existing websites with new content, features, and enhancements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience as a Web Developer.
• Strong experience with PHP development.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience in java.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e. g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, XML, jQuery)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Micro Services based architecture
• Experience with Angular 5 Angular 8 and/or experience with React JS
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e. g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e. g. Angular, React, Node.js )Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Responsible for the entire development process for the Internal IP (e.g. Quality Fusion)
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle.
• Working with Senior leadership and stakeholders to present ideas and solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency in troubleshooting, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings.
