The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales for the company’s web development services. This position requires an individual who is motivated, results-driven, and has a deep understanding of the web development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, while establishing strong relationships with potential clients and helping them choose the right web solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and attending industry events.
o Research and identify potential clients in need of web development services, including custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales activity.
2. Sales Presentations and Client Engagement:
o Conduct effective sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the company’s web development offerings.
o Understand client needs and requirements to recommend tailored web development solutions that align with their business goals.
o Answer client questions and address concerns throughout the sales process, providing clarity and expert advice on the web development process.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales.
o Work with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and aligns with client expectations.
o Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients while ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team for project initiation.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and regular communication.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any post-sale inquiries and working with the project team to ensure the project meets client expectations.
5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.
o Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and forecasts to the Sales Manager or Director.
o Monitor sales metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle duration to continually improve performance.
6. Market and Competitor Analysis:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to help identify new sales opportunities.
o Communicate market insights to the team to assist in the development of more effective sales strategies.
7. Collaboration with Marketing:
o Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, generate leads, and ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
o Provide feedback on sales materials and marketing collateral based on client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a web development, software, or technology-related industry.
Understanding of web development services (e.g., custom websites, e-commerce
platforms, SEO, web design).
Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage clients and present solutions effectively.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, SEO, etc.).

Position/Role Description
This position is for a tester with strong coding skills who likes challenges - someone who is constantly striving for excellence in software test automation.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop automated test cases on a day-to-day basis
* Gather and prioritize user requirements, feed these requirements into overall Automation Framework requirements and test plans
* Train team members on tool use and test automation tools, practices, techniques and best practices
* Communicate cross-functionally throughout the engineering organization
* Continuously monitor and boost test coverage across the product
Minimum Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or better in CS or related field, with 6+ years experience in software test.
* Exposure to best practices in SQA including code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting and CI processes
* Experience in front-end (UI/Web) automation using Java ,Appium or any other app automation testing tool or Experience in backend Testing using Java, API-Testing,Rest assured ,and Performance testing using Jmeter
