About the team

The mobile team maintains three apps: the main branded app HighLevel, the gray-label LeadConnector, and white-label apps. Their goal is to provide SMEs with on-the-go solutions. These apps include features like an in-house CRM,reputation management,VOIP Calls, and invoice management. The mobile payments team will handle payment-related functions like point of sale, terminal payments, creating invoices, and generating estimates and proposals.

The "Whitelabel Customizer" is a tool designed to build customized white-label mobile apps, offering clients a user-friendly "what you see is what you get" experience.

About the role

HighLevel Inc is looking for a Product Manager to join the mobile products team and own our mobile payments and White Label Mobile Products. You will be assisting the team in identifying opportunities, proving legitimacy, sizing the opportunity, performing user interviews and designing solutions based upon your findings. Highlevel's platform currently processes a total payment volume (TPV) of USD50 million each Quarter , and the company is shifting its focus towards increasing this TPV specifically through mobile transactions.

The White Label Apps is an expansion product that is currently generating 2 Million USD in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will have the responsibility to manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for this product and work towards scaling the ARR by five times over the next year.

Your Responsibilities

1. Understanding the aspirations, pain-points and user behaviour of HighLevel customers
2. Identifying good ideas, cutting, prioritizing and visualizing solutions
3. Validating solutions with real users at the wireframe stage, gathering feedback from various stakeholders and users at mockup stage and conducting beta launches for target segments
4. Analyzing beta feedback and writing user stories
5. Collaborating with support, customer success, devs and product teams to become an evangelist for your product area and building a strong relationship with other teams while you work in a cross-functional environment
6. Instrumenting, analysing and learning from the user behavior when they interact with your features & products
7. Working with Product Managers with a collaborative mindset and assisting them in achieving product objectives

Your Core Skills

1. You are passionate about software products
2. Managing Mobile Apps of mobile first companies
3. You have been involved in a successful (or unsuccessful) launch of a software product
4. You have prior experience in either of the following
5. UI/UX Design
6. Software Development
7. Marketing of a Software product or service
8. Sales of a Software product or a service
9. Product Management
10. You understand product development lifecycle or have a history of working on Software products
11. You have been a leader either formally or informally and have demonstrated leadership skills in the past
12. You can deconstruct software products and highlight good UX from bad UX
13. You are well versed with SaaS and are generally aware of SaaS platforms out there

Additional Skills

1. Skills of writing accurate and precise OKRs
2. Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment
3. You have been an APM or a PM before
4. You have worked in Agile or SCRUM environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify potential product ideas/features based on market research and discussions with
   customers and other stakeholders.
2. Design and drive the roadmap for the product – vision & strategy, feature definition, and milestones.
3. Manage end to end product – from concept, to design, development, testing to deployment/launch.
4. Manage Product Backlog
5. Competitive Benchmarking
6. Define success criteria for products and review usage/metrics.
7. Be responsible for Product Improvement and Innovation based on technology and market trends, as well as customer needs and feedback.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. B.E./B.Tech + MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
2. At least 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of relevant experience.
3. Excellent communication skills (active listening, verbal and written) - ability to comprehend and translate vague requirements into clear, detailed documentation.
4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
5. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Solid understanding of technology. Preferably past experience working as an engineer.

• Crazy about building value for the end-user.
• Knows the importance of spending more time talking to customers and less time talking to management.
• Realizes the majority of the job is to identify, define and solve the right problems, fast.
• Dreads feature requests and just does not want to build new features till absolutely necessary.
• Can sell the product to the end customer.

Roles and responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for one of the core initiatives of the company ecosystem.
• Continuously work with a dedicated set of analysts and user researchers to understand user needs better.
• Generate detailed PRDs for feature proposals.
• Have a strong sense of product design and work with the UX team to convert requirements to product interfaces.
• Work with developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of user value.
• Track features, once in production. Work continuously for their success or take the call to remove them from the product.
