Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of web and mobile app development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and delivery — ensuring milestones are achieved within deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and smooth communication.

Required Skills & Experience

3–8 years of experience in project management within a software or digital agency environment.

Strong understanding of web and mobile app development life cycles.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Knowledge of frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js, Django), or mobile (Flutter, React Native) technologies is a plus.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience managing offshore or remote teams.

Exposure to SaaS, AI-powered, or enterprise software projects.

SnowFlake Expertise Profile

Should hold 10 + years of experience with strong skills with core understanding of cloud data warehouse principles and extensive experience in designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining robust and scalable data solutions on the Snowflake platform.

Possesses a strong background in data modelling, ETL/ELT, SQL development, performance tuning, scaling, monitoring and security handling.

Responsibilities:

* Collaboration with Data and ETL team to review code, understand current architecture and help improve it based on Snowflake offerings and experience

* Review and implement best practices to design, develop, maintain, scale, efficiently monitor data pipelines and data models on the Snowflake platform for

ETL or BI.

* Optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading within Snowflake.

* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Snowflake environment.

* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's development standards.

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or anything equivalent.

* Relevant Snowflake certifications are a plus (e.g., Snowflake certified Pro / Architecture / Advanced).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Analyst with a background in Business Analysis (nice to have) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce testing, coupled with an analytical mindset to support business requirements and ensure high-quality solutions. Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain is highly desirable, and familiarity with Majesco products or platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Design and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, covering both functional accuracy and integration performance.
• Integration Testing with 3rd Party Systems: Plan, design, and execute integration testing strategies for Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless interaction with external systems, including healthcare insurance platforms and other 3rd party tools.
• Data Validation and Integrity Testing: Conduct data validation and testing across various Salesforce modules, verifying data integrity, compliance, and correct data flow between integrated systems.
