About the Role:
Position: Sales Development Representative (Pure Commission-Based)
Work Model: Commission-based (contract-to-hire)
Location: Remote (Everywhere)
Working days: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (full-time, send daily report mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Promote our IT development and staff augmentation services through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to drive sales.
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Create engaging posts and content to attract potential customers and promote our services.
Provide regular reports.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Collaborate with the CEO to nurture leads and facilitate conversion.
Requirements:
A reliable laptop or desktop with an internet connection.
Strong understanding of lead generation and social media marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and content development skills.
Both freshers and experienced professionals in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role will be commission-based. Our payment structure focuses on rewarding successful lead conversions, meaning we compensate you only when your leads result in a closed sale and the client has paid us for our IT development and staff augmentation services.
Since we’re a startup, we can’t provide a basic salary or cover expenses for lead generation tools at the moment. However, we can offer you up to 20% of each project or contract. Together, let's collaborate for our shared success.

- Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements designed to increase our average ranking and drive traffic
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance ranking across search engines for regional news publisher websites.
- Optimize components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword volume, internal linking for English and Regional news websites.
- Strong understanding on Google Assistant and voice search.
