Role Overview:

 We’re looking for a MERN Stack Engineer (SDE-2) who’s passionate about building impactful products and believes in working smarter—with AI copilots, automation, and lean dev cycles. You’ll be part of a high-ownership team responsible for delivering full-stack features, writing testable code, and deploying to production with CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust full-stack applications using MongoDB, Nest.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Actively leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for faster development, documentation, and writing test cases.

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

• Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment using modern CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Vercel, AWS).

• Collaborate with product, data, and hardware teams in a lean setup to ship fast and iterate often.

• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability of front-end and backend systems.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of professional experience building products using the MERN stack.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture (React Hooks, Context API/Redux).

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB schema design.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and cloud deployments.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).

• Demonstrated use of AI-based coding assistants in real-world development workflows.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to IoT systems or integration with hardware devices.

• Experience working with LoRaWAN protocols and sensor data ingestion.

• Familiarity with WebSockets, MQTT, or real-time data processing.

• Background in agriculture, climate-tech, or rural tech products.

• Knowledge of TypeScript or serverless architectures.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences 

• BE / B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field 
• Minimum 7+/5+ years of experience building large scalable systems 
• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in building products on cloud is a plus 
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and WebAPI development is required 
• Knowledge and awareness of cloud/ application security is must (OWASP at the minimum) 
• Strong knowledge in OOPS with C#, .Net(or Java) with SQL Server or any RDBMS 
• Strong experience in architecting and building multi-threaded, distributed systems. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance. 
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment. 
• Extensive experience of mentoring junior engineers to success. 
• Experience with Microservices Architecture is a plus 
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS/Azure cloud services is plus 
• Hands on experience of building products for unix systems in addition to windows is a plus

• Become an expert on data and trends, both internal and external to Kaleidofin.
• Communicate key state of the business metrics and develop dashboards to enable teams to understand business metrics independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive data analysis for key business questions, communicate insights and drive the planning process with company executives.
• Automate scheduling and distribution of reports and support auditing and value realization.
• Partner with enterprise architects to define and ensure proposed.
• Business Intelligence solutions adhere to an enterprise reference architecture.
• Design robust data-centric solutions and architecture that incorporates technology and strong BI solutions to scale up and eliminate repetitive tasks.

• Experience leading development efforts through all phases of SDLC.
• 2+ years "hands-on" experience designing Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Experience with Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau and Qlik is a plus.
• Hands on experience in SQL, data management, and scripting (preferably Python).
• Strong data visualisation design skills, data modeling and inference skills.
• Hands-on and experience in managing small teams.
• Financial services experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organisation.
• Preferred candidates with less than 30 days notice period.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own UI of Company's web & mobile app
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like screens, menus, tabs and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Graphics Designer

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Must have knowledge on Page maker
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Key responsibilities

• Own the program experience in terms of identifying focus areas, pedagogy, learning outcomes, and evaluation criterion, and ensuring a high placement rate
• Collaborate closely with our instructional designer to innovate on scalable &highly engaging learning experiences
• Conduct regular Office Hours to guide learners on their projects and curate learning resources for both the cohort and the broader design community
• Collaborate with our community manager to grow our learner and mentor communities

You ideally have

• Around 6 years worth of experience in designing digital products/experiences, preferably with some experience at fast-growing startups
• Strong interest in making design education accessible and outcome-driven
• Experience with conducting or organising conference talks or workshops
• Excellent communication skills
