Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designers to join our team. As a fresher or 0-4 years experienced, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers. Your role will be to deliver work related to work seamlessly by meeting client’s vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Design and create visually appealing graphics for more than 15-20 things we make.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to understand project needs and deliver creatives accordingly

·      Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and uniqueness in designs

·      Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

·      Receive and implement feedback from team leads and clients to improve visual output

·      Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications and skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field OR Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.

·      Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

·      Creativity: Strong sense of design, colour theory, typography, and composition.

·      Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality work.

·      Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.

·      Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.

·      Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·      Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to take constructive feedback.

JD :

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Sciences, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics , Mathematics any quantitative field

• Expertise with object-oriented programming (Python, C++)

• Strong expertise in Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn

• Proven experience in designing and deploying ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks, model deployment pipelines, and model monitoring tools.

• Track record of scaling machine learning solutions from prototype to production. 

• Experience building scalable ML systems in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

• Working knowledge of adversarial machine learning techniques and their mitigation

• Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced .NET -Tech Lead / Technical Architect, responsible for building, designing, and architecting .NET web-based applications using .Net Core, Web APIs, MVC, C#, etc. Must know React JS. Looking for an experienced resource who has worked in technologies agnostic approach. Resource should be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues to the team which can improve product quality. Having good exposure to Microservice Architecture Implementation. Will perform mixed contributor roles where 70% as IC (Individual contributor) and the rest 30% are in leading/helping/reviewing, designing, and documentation of modules.

Skills Must have

• Min 8+ years of experience in designing, Coding, deployment & developing web-based applications using the latest .NET technologies Net Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, LINQ, Web API, etc.
• Candidate must have GitHub, open source contribution, or at least related demonstratable codes in his/her machine to showcase coding styles.
• Must Know React JS and worked with React JS before
• Sound understanding of technology & software development methodologies, especially in developing custom products for customers.
• Hands-on experience in the latest versions of .NET Technologies.
• Experience in Software Architecture such as CQRS, Domain Driven, and MVC.

A take-home assignment is given to all shortlisted candidates and they must complete the assignment in a couple of days as much as possible to go to the next round. The second round is a verbal technical round where you will be asked technical and functional questions.
