Presales Analyst

Department: S&C – Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical product support to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Develop automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and support processes. 
• Manage and maintain system and software configurations; troubleshoot environment/application-related issues. 
• Optimize system performance through configuration tuning or development enhancements. 
• Plan, document, and deploy applications in Unix/Linux, Azure, and GCP environments. 
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams throughout the release and deployment of lifecycles. 
• Drive automation initiatives for release and deployment processes. 
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to manage hardware/software resources, maintenance, and scheduled downtimes across production and non-production environments. 
• Participate in on-call rotations (minimum one week per month) to address critical incidents and off-hour maintenance tasks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential & existing clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

2. Conducting research on organizations to find new opportunities

3. Working on increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

5. Helping the team with various marketing initiatives

6. Assisting the team in developing quotes and proposals for clients

7. Coordinating with the development team to resolve customer issues, give demonstrations, and upsell & cross-sell

1. 3-5 years of experience in UI development on Angular.
2. Hands-on experience of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript.
3. Hands-on experience in Angular 10 or above version.
4. Strong knowledge of REST API.
5. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming and a Java background.
6. Ability to work independently and should have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Should have strong Angular JS knowledge.
8. Experience in backend testing framework.
9. Good communication skill & ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
10. Node and MongoDB Experience will be an add on

Soft Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail to consistency minimize errors.

Requirement: -

• Managing a team of 3-4 engineers 
• Hands on experience in Web applications and Mobile applications.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Should have experience in React.js as well
• Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• Should have strong fundamentals in React Native
• Should be good at Languages React Native, iOS, Android mobile
• Should be well versed with mobile application architecture
• Ensure and apprise stakeholders of technical feasibility, effort, and impact of implementations.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the experience brief communicated by the product team
• Identify and transcribe the customer requirements into user stories, workflows and wireframes very early on in the project lifecycle
• Receive feedback and make the product evolve based on feedback and your personal assessment of such feedback
• Receive feedback and discuss when needed if you feel there is something more/better/different that can be done
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes the team and client can interact with and test
• Identify and correct UI and UX issues/bugs
• Be the lighthouse of the team in terms of UX and UI best-practices
• Deliver designs catered to each stage of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the dev team
• Run tests and maintenance actions
• Deliver and adapt swiftly

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in app design both UX & UI
• Sharp eye for functional and efficient UX
• Ability to do design walkthrough with the client and PM
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Abstract
• Understand platform design guidelines and follow them in designs
