The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js or any SSR frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience in hiring for manufacturing firms. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with HR partners to identify and attract top talent for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales, and marketing. You will also be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking.

Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales and marketing, and other support functions

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance

• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources, including staffing agencies and job boards

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:
