Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce website, aligning it with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define precise product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on their business value, customer feedback, and market demands.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform data analysis to evaluate the performance of our products and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product features to enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the e-commerce space, leveraging this knowledge to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline). An MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and knowledge of e-commerce platforms and associated technologies.
- Showcase a proven track record of successfully delivering and launching customer-focused products and features.
- Exhibit familiarity with agile product development methodologies and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for making informed product decisions.
