Full Stack Developer Internship – (Remote)

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month | Duration: 3 months

We’re building Pitchline - a voice based conversational sales AI agent, an ambitious AI-powered web app aimed at solving meaningful problems in the B2B space. It’s currently in MVP stage and has strong early demand. I’m looking for a hands-on an Full Stack Developer Intern who can work closely with me to bring this to life.

You’ll be one of the first people to touch the codebase — shaping the foundation and solving problems across AI integration, backend APIs, and a bit of frontend work.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain backend APIs (Python)
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone/Weaviate etc.) for core workflows
• Design DB schemas and manage basic infra (Postgres)
• Support frontend development (basic UI integration in React or similar)
• Rapidly iterate on product ideas and ship working features
• Collaborate closely with me (Founder) to shape the MVP

What we're looking for

• Strong foundation in backend development
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and deploying backend services
• Curious about or experienced in AI/LLM tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, etc.

• Worked on real projects or shipped anything end-to-end (Even if it is a personal project)

Job description

As part of our dynamic international cross-functional team you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of modern high quality software solutions and applications as an experienced and skilled Full-stack developer.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the application 

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled Full-stack developer. Experience in Utilities / Energy domain is appreciated.

Strong experience with Java (Springboot), AWS / Azure or GCP, GitLab and Angular and / or React. Additional technologies like Python, Go, Kotlin, Rust or similar are welcome

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDE II .NET Engineer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our development team to design, develop and implement software solutions using the .NET framework and related technologies.

QUALIFICATION:

• Excellent academic record – B.E./B.Tech IT, CSE/ MCA
• 3 to 6 years of relevant software development experience with .NET technologies and frontend - Angular 2+/React.js
• Hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Web APIs, SQL Server Database with Entity Framework
• Hands-on experience with Angular 2+ or React.js
• Hands-on experience with RESTful Web API
• Hands-on experience in LINQ, Asynchronous programming

Responsibilities

• Hands-On development of the core components of the Product Platform
• Liaison with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to understand project scope and objectives
• Break-up overall project scope into a manageable set of tasks and help the Project Manager define Sprints
• Own the Technical Design for different components of the Product Platform
• Help the Project Manager develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Develop the product as per design and structure using appropriate technologies meeting the requirements, quality standards and timelines.
• Technical Mentoring of the Team in an effective and efficient manner to uphold quality
• Provide early insights on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress and potential risks
• Escalate issues affecting project delivery to appropriate levels within the company and/or vendor and track them to resolution
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and technical standards throughout project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field or MCA
• 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with 2-3 years of leading a team
• Strong command over Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, and similar Full Stack technologies
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge for databases like MySQL and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of Git and related strategies like Pull Requests, merging, etc.
• Experience with GoLang preferred
• Exposure to DevOps over at least one Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure in addition to the experience in developing cloud-native applications
• Strong familiarity with software tools like JIRA, Agile, TDD/BDD methodologies, and best practices
• Strong understanding of Algorithms and Design Patterns with proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, quality, budget, and timeline
