Roles & Responsibilities -
● Develop new user-facing features.
● Work alongside product to understand our requirements, and design, develop and iterate, think through the complex architecture.
● Writing clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
● Encourage innovation and efficiency improvements to ensure processes are productive
● Ensure the training and mentoring of the team members
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed.
● Research and apply new technologies, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements -
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 - 10 years of prior relevant experience

PHP- Developing and implementing custom design, features, and functionality.
- Designing informative structure within an application or website.
- Optimizing websites to ensure they render consistently in cross-browser environments, with best SEO principles, caching mechanics etc.
- Understanding CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
- Updating Current Websites to Meet Modern Web Standards.
What you need to have:
- Strong experience in WooCommerce – Able to create easy and complex plugins, shortcodes, and widgets
- Exposure to a minimum of 3 e-commerce projects (starting with requirement gathering).
- Expert in WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Should have experience of working on large projects involving 10,000+ products.
- Experience in developing E-Commerce websites.
- Strong knowledge in WordPress Plugin, and PHP.
- Must have experience of building User Interfaces and Prototypes.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Radical, you will:
- Work closely with all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem - patients, doctors, paramedics and administrators - to conceptualise and bring to life the ideal set of products that add value to their time
- Write code on the front-end, the back-end and anything it takes to solve the problems and delight users both internally and externally
- Build systems which have an extraordinary emphasis on capturing data that can help build better workflows, algorithms and tools
- Work on high performance systems that deal with several million transactions, multi-modal data and large datasets, with a close attention to detail
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Familiarity and experience with writing working, well-documented and well-tested code in at least two of the following: React/Redux (preferred), NodeJS (preferred), Golang and Python
- Proficiency in the features of the language they are using, with knowledge of standards and best practices (Eg: ES2015 and above, Python 3.5 and above, Node v10)
- Hands on experience with at least one large scale application framework that interfaces with databases and deals with at least 20 million rows of data
- Knowledge of databases, and familiarity with schema design in at least one NoSQL database (eg: MongoDB) and at least one relational database (eg: Postgres).
- Experience integrating with a wide variety of external tools and services
- Experience navigating AWS and leveraging appropriate services and technologies rather than DIY solutions (such as hosting an application directly on EC2 vs containerisation, or an Elastic Beanstalk)
It’s not essential, but great if you have:
- An established track record of building systems from scratch
- Experience with microservices and decomposition of monolithic architectures
- Proficiency in automated tests
- Proficiency with the linux ecosystem
- Experience in deploying systems to production on cloud platforms such as AWS
- Experience in TypeScript
- Meaningful open source contributions
